2 In 1; In Unity & More [Completed] Lam

I just watched as Uncle and P Nut chatted merrily. He was a nice guy but was it really necessary to introduce him to P Kong? I stood up, wanting to refill my drink.

I went to the kitchen and saw P Kong standing there. “Aren’t you going to join us P?”

“I will come shortly.”

I went to the water dispenser to help myself to it when P Kong came and stood behind me.

“I didn’t know about this. I thought my dad was joking..”

“It’s ok P. I mean its good for you to know him too. Uncle just wants to see you with someone too.”

I didn’t hear Kong reply after that. I turned briefly and saw him still standing there.

“I’m not interested at all.”

“Okays..”

“I don’t know why but I’m not interested. I just want to go to school, be at Sotus, hang out with my dad and friends and be with you. That’s all I need.”

I kept quiet, P Kong’s words sinking in.

“Well, just come say hi to be polite. But you can say no if you don’t want to date him.”

P Kong nodded. We went out together, with drinks in our hands. P Kong chatted politely with P Nut and realized they had some similarities. I watched tv quietly while Uncle had to settle some business issues.

Around 5pm, P Nut had to leave for a family dinner. He looked at Kong before leaving.

“It was nice speaking with you. Do let me know when you come by the cafe. Drinks are on me. You can bring your boyfriend too.”

Kong and I looked at Nut surprised. He just chuckled seeing our surprised faces.

“You two are dating, yes? That’s the vibes I got from you two and Uncle.”

“What exactly did my dad say?”

“He mentioned that I seemed like a really nice boy. It wasn’t my first time meeting your dad. So when he invited me over, I gladly came over. Lam was with him and he introduced him as his son too.”

I was stunned. I didn’t realize Uncle had presented it that way. But oddly, both Kong and I did not refuse Nut’s words and just kept quiet.

Nut told us to let Uncle know he had to go and left.

“So why didn’t you two just clarify you aren’t dating?”

Kong and I swirled around, only to catch Uncle looking at us cheekily. I didn’t know what to say, and fumbled internally, panicking.

While Kong just ran off to his room, leaving me alone.
