“We finally made it” Rudra announced as they arrived at the hotel they had chosen for their stay.

“Mr. Akdu, are we going to take some photos?” Rudra’s eyes sparkled with excitement as he asked eagerly, hoping to capture the moment.

“Aap meri photos lenge na?” Rudra pleaded with Kabir, his eyes widening like a child’s, brimming with enthusiasm.

“You’re so annoying and mannerless boy” Kabir exclaimed, clearly exasperated with Rudra’s antics, his patience wearing thin.

“Mr. Akdu?” Rudra pouted playfully as Kabir walked off to the reception with muzaffar, leaving him behind momentarily with mihir.

“Could we please have our room keys?” Kabir inquired politely at the reception desk, eager to settle in.

As Kabir and Rudra entered the room, they were greeted by a romantic ambiance, with soft lighting and a scattering of rose petals on the bed.

Rudra’s eyes widened in surprise, “Wow, this is so romantic! Did you plan all of this, Mr. Akdu?”

Kabir muttered, “It seems like the hotel staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay special.”

Rudra beamed with delight, “I can’t believe how perfect this is for our honeymoon!”

Kabir’s eyes widened in surprise at the sight of a single bed as he roam his eyes around.

Quickly organizing their belongings, Kabir swiftly returned to the reception area, a sense of urgency in his steps.

“Excuse me, I believe there may have been a mistake with our room allocation,” Kabir addressed the receptionist, seeking clarification.

“No, sir” the receptionist replied calmly.

“Please double-check. Our reservation indicates a single bed, but we were expecting a room with a double bed” Kabir explained, trying to resolve the issue.

“But, sir, the reservation is indeed for a single bed” the receptionist clarified, showing Kabir the reservation details for the room under the name Kabir Rajput.

Kabir, slightly flustered but determined to find a solution, took a deep breath before addressing the receptionist again.

“Is there any chance of changing the room to one with a double bed?” Kabir inquired, hoping for a positive outcome.

“I’m afraid all our double-bed rooms are fully booked for tonight” the receptionist explained apologetically.

Rudra, who had been quietly observing the exchange, spoke up, “It’s okay, Mr. Akdu. We can manage with the single bed for tonight”

Kabir, touched by Rudra’s understanding, smiled gratefully at him before turning back to the receptionist.

“Thank you for checking. We’ll make do with the room as it is,” Kabir said, accepting the situation with a sense of resignation.

The two of them sat on the bed, admiring the view from their room.

Rudra leaned in and whispered, Thank you for bringing me here, Mr. Akdu, the view is so beautiful”

Kabir smiled warmly

“You take the bed, and I’ll take that couch” Muzaffar said as he saw the single bed available for them.

“Hmmm” Mihir nodded.

“Always wanted to be here” Mihir mumbled as he pulled the curtains, taking a deep breath and enjoying the view.

Muzaffar’s attention shifted to Mihir’s words, though they were barely a whisper, they caught Muzaffar’s notice.

“Till how many days are we staying here?” Mihir asked, still gazing at the view.

“For how many days do you want?” Muzaffar asked, placing his mobile on the nearby table and preparing to shower.

“Can you please answer my question first” Mihir asked, his face showing annoyance as he turned  from the window to face the elder.

“Till your holiday?” Muzaffar responded.

“For three days?” Mihir inquired.

“Hmm” Muzaffar hummed as he pulled off his shirt, his bare back now facing the younger man.

The younger’s eyes fell on the tattoo on Muzaffar’s back, a frown appearing on his face. It was the first tattoo Mihir had seen on Muzaffar’s body. Confusion clouded Mihir’s face as he contemplated taking another look, but the tattoo was covered as Muzaffar draped a towel over his shoulder.

“I’m going for a shower” Muzaffar announced as he made his way to the bathroom.

“Uhh, hmm” Mihir responded, snapping back to reality, realizing he had been staring at Muzaffar’s back without blinking.

“What are they doing now?” Maira asked with a pout, lounging on her bed alongside Ryan and Rhea.

“I’m missing Rudra, bro” Ryan said, rolling onto his side, clearly feeling the absence of his friend.

“Me too! I miss them” Maira chimed in, her voice tinged with longing.

“Rhea dii?” Maira called out, trying to break through Rhea’s daydreaming.

“Hey, dii?” Ryan waved his hand in front of Rhea’s face, attempting to get her attention.

“RHEA DII??” Maira exclaimed loudly, shaking Rhea gently as they noticed her lost in thought.

“Huh? What?” Rhea asked, finally snapping back to reality.

“Rhea dii, aren’t you missing them?” Ryan inquired, his eyes filled with curiosity.

“I am” she admitted,

“not them… but someone” she spoke in her mind.

“We’re so bored” Ryan said with a sigh. “I wanted to play with Rudra and Mihir Bhai.”

“What about Kabir Bhai?” Maira suggested, hoping to lift their spirits.

“No way! He always wins against me” Ryan replied with a pout, clearly not keen on facing his competitive friend.

Rhea leaned back against the wall, a thoughtful expression on her face. “What if we find something else to do? We could watch a movie or play a game together.”

Ryan perked up at the suggestion. “Yeah! That sounds better than just lying around. What movie should we watch?”

Maira thought for a moment, her eyes lighting up. “How about that new action movie? I heard it’s really good!”

Rhea nodded, getting into the mood. “Alright, let’s do it! I’ll grab the snacks”

Ryan jumped off the bed, energized. “Perfect! I’ll set everything up”

As they prepared for their little movie night, the earlier boredom faded away, replaced by the thrill of spending time together, even if it wasn’t with Rudra and Mihir.

A peaceful feeling washed over Mihir’s heart for the first time as he strolled alongside Muzaffar during their honeymoon. The night was calm, illuminated by a blanket of stars that twinkled against the deep indigo sky. The moon cast a soft glow on the path ahead, creating a magical atmosphere around them.

The cool breeze danced through their hair, refreshing yet chilly. Mihir rubbed his hands together, trying to generate some warmth, while Muzaffar, already accustomed to the cold, kept his hands snugly tucked in the pockets of his cozy sweater.

They walked along a quiet beach, the gentle sound of waves lapping at the shore providing a soothing soundtrack to their evening. The salty air mixed with the scent of the ocean, adding to the enchanting ambiance. Mihir glanced at Muzaffar, feeling grateful for this moment together, surrounded by nature’s beauty and the tranquility of the night.

Meanwhile,

Mannerless boy!” Kabir exclaimed, annoyance evident in his voice.

Mr. Akdu, please?” Rudra pleaded, his eyes wide with innocence.

“Mannerless boy, who eats ice cream in winter?” Kabir shot back, clearly irritated.

Main, Mr. Akdu Please?” Rudra said suddenly, grabbing Kabir’s hand.

“You’ll catch a cold! Grandma told me to keep an eye on you” Kabir explained, looking away to ignore Rudra’s antics.

“Then join me! If I catch a cold, she’ll scold you, right? What if we both get cold?” Rudra proposed, trying to convince him.

I don’t like ice creamKabir replied firmly.

Then what do you like, Mr. Akdu? You’re so picky! Just eat with me; kyun itne nakhre kar rahe hain?” Rudra insisted.

Okay, fine! I’ll have it” Kabir relented.

Rudra stood in awe, marveling at the beautiful surroundings. “Wow, this is so beautiful” he remarked, taking in the atmosphere with a sense of wonder.

“By the way, where are we going tomorrow, Mr. Akdu?” Rudra asked, changing the topic.

Nancy’s voice was filled with anger as she exclaimed, “That budhia has lost her mind, dad !”

“Honeymoon manaya jaraha hai woh bhi mere bina. I should have been there instead of that idiot Rudra!” Her words were laced with irritation, and she was clearly upset.

Her dad tried to calm her down, saying, “I know sweetheart, calm down, just take a deep breath” as he puffed on his black cigarette.

With gritted teeth, Nancy replied, “I’m really going to kill that budhia,
I swear!” Her eyes sparkled with fury.

Meanwhile, as Mihir and Muzaffar were walking, they encountered a little boy who grabbed Muzaffar’s hand and led him away. The boy took him to a guy playing the guitar, filling the air with beautiful music. Muzaffar noticed that Mihir was too absorbed in the scenery to realize what was happening with him.

Muzaffar stood there, listening to the boy’s song. Afterward, he clapped and dropped some money into the boy’s hat, which was meant for donations.

Mihir watched from a distance, having never seen Muzaffar smile like that before. This moment turned into a new experience, not just for Muzaffar, but for both of them.

Just like that, their days were filled with enjoying delicious food, exploring new places, shopping, and taking in the beautiful scenery.

“You’re looking so cute mannerless boyKabir whispered, admiring his adorable husband sleeping on the couch with a pout.

I feel like….I have, I’ve..” Kabir chuckled, recalling the reason behind the younger one’s frown and pout.

A moment earlier,

Rudra was feeling bored, pacing back and forth in his cute night suit, pouting like a child who was restless.

“Mr. Akdu??” he called out, trying to get Kabir’s attention as he was busy working on his laptop.

“Mr. Akdu, can you sleep on the couch tonight?” Rudra suddenly climbed onto the bed, catching Kabir’s attention.

“Why?” Kabir asked, still focused on his work.

“Mr. Akdu, I can’t sleep on the couch; my back hurts”

“So? Should I give you a massage?” Kabir replied sarcastically, his tone casual.

“You have no humanity, Mr. Akdu!” Rudra exclaimed, snatching the pillow in frustration before heading to the couch.

In the dimly lit room, shadows danced across the walls, and papers lay scattered like fragments of her thoughts. A girl sat amidst the chaos, tears streaming silently down her cheeks, a reflection of her heartache.

“Dil rota hai tenu kise aur de nal vekh kar,
Kade pehchan liya kr Mera Ishq meri aankhein padh kar,
Kinni vaari vekhti jawa tenu yun chup chup kar,
Kade apni Nazar bhi fer leya kar meri taraf”

Her words echoed softly in the stillness, filled with longing and despair. Each line dripped with emotion, as if the very walls absorbed her sorrow. In that closed, dark space, she felt isolated, her heart yearning for recognition and connection, hoping that someone would finally see the love hidden in her gaze. The room, a sanctuary of her pain, held her secrets tightly, as she poured her soul into the verses, wishing for a glimpse of understanding from the one she adored.
