“Let’s play spin the bottle!” Jake exclaimed with a laugh as he sat down with Carrington, Chase and Johnnie.
Johnnie looks at them, his face turning red.
“Wait what? Spin the bottle?!”
Carrington wiggles his eyebrows, “Yeahhhh, i wonder who it’s gonna land on…” he winks with a laugh.
Chase spoke up, “There’s no girls though..? I mean I’m okay with kissing my homies”
Jake shrugged, “That’s okay! We can kiss each other” he covered his mouth, laughing.
Johnnie looks at them, looking very nervous and flustered. He starts to fidget with his hands. “I-I don’t know if I’m comfortable with this..”
Jake looks at Johnnie, “Hey. Its okay dude. You don’t have to kiss them on the lips just like the hand or something”
What Jake doesn’t know is that Johnnie was nervous to kiss Jake because he has a crush on Jake.
Johnnie blushed more, his face completely red. He looks at Jake and swallows hard.
“Y-yeah… that’s fine.. I guess..”
“Alright then let’s play!!!!” Carrington exclaimed and spins the bottle. It goes a few times in a circle before it landed on Jake. Carrington’s mouth drops.
Chase bursts out laughing. But a bit jealous since he wants to kiss Carrington…
And Johnnie was a bit jealous since he wanted to kiss Jake….
But the bottle says for Carrington to kiss Jake.
Jake and Carrington look at each other with nervous and holding back laughter faces.
Johnnie watches the bottle spin, feeling a mix of emotions. He tries to hide his jealousy as the bottle lands on Jake and Carrington.
Jake and Carrington look at each other, and Johnnie can’t help but feel a pang of jealousy.
Jake looks a bit surprised, but he tries to play it cool. Carrington grins mischievously, obviously enjoying the situation.
“Okay,” Jake leaned in and kissed Carrington’s cheek since he wanted to save the actual kiss on the lips for Johnnie.
Johnnie watches as Jake kisses Carrington’s cheek, his heart racing. He feels a mix of relief and disappointment.
He can’t help but wonder if Jake would have kissed him if the bottle landed on him instead.
Carrington grins wider, enjoying the attention. “Aww, you’re blushing, Jake!”
“SHUT UP!!” Jake yells as he laughs. He adjusts the bottle and spins it. It landed on Carrington, again! “ARE YOU- ARE YOU- FUCKING KIDDING ME?!”
Chase and Carrington howl in a fit of laughs.
Johnnie chuckles nervously, trying to hide his own laughter. He’s secretly relieved that the bottle landed on Carrington again.
Carrington can barely contain his laughter, wiping tears from his eyes. “Oh my god, this is too good! I think fate wants us to kiss, Jake!”
Jake wheezed, “Okay kiss me Carrington-” He snickered.
Carrington laughs even harder, pretending to be shocked.He playfully pushes Jake down and leans in for a quick kiss on the lips, before bursting into laughter again.
Jake went wide eyed, Before he covered his face laughing. Chase exclaimed, “CARRINGTON SPIN IT!!!!”
Carrington spins the bottle again, still laughing hysterically. The bottle spins for a few seconds before landing on Chase. “Oh, looks like it’s your turn, Chase! You ready for a kiss?”
Chase smirked and nodded, “Damn right i am baby,” he teased his crush and leaned in and kissed Carrington on the lips.
Carrington blushed, caught off guard by Chase’s boldness. He returned the kiss, enjoying the moment. The other guys cheered and whistled in the background.
Jake yelled, “BOYKISSER! YOU GUYS TOTALLY FUCKING LOVE EACH OTHER! NO DOUBT!”
Carrington and Chase both blushed even more, trying to hide their embarrassment. They looked at each other, and then at Jake, knowing he was right.
Chase says,”Shut up, Jake! We don’t love each other..”
Carrington says, “Yeah, we’re just good friends.. who happen to kiss sometimes..”
Jake snickers, “Yeah, okayyyy” he rolled his eyes, “Chase spin the bottle”
Chase grumbles and spins the bottle, a little annoyed. The bottle spins for a while before landing on Johnnie.
Jake jumps up and screams, “OH YEAH!” Carrington is laughing and clapping his hands.
Johnnie’s eyes widen as the bottle lands on him. He looks at the other guys, feeling a mix of anxiety and shyness. “Uh… I guess it’s my turn now…”
Jake says, “Now Johnnie you don’t have to kiss his lips if you don’t want too.”
Chase agreed, “yeah man, I’m just gonna kiss your cheek, is that okay with you? Because id rather makeout with Carrington to be honest”
Carrington turned red in the face, shocked by Chase’s words. “Oh-“
Johnnie nodded, feeling relieved that Chase was willing to kiss his cheek instead. He looked at Carrington, noticing his red face.
Johnnie said, “Yeah, that’s fine. Just a cheek kiss is okay.”He turns to face Chase.
Chase left a quick kiss to Johnnie’s cheek. “okay, spin the bottle Johnnie”
Carrington squeals, “SPIN THE BOTTLE JOHNNIE I LOVE YOU JOHNNIE” as a joke Before he laughs loudly.
Jake snickers and covered his smile, laughing.
Johnnie rolled his eyes. He quickly spins the bottle, hoping to distract himself from his own embarrassment.
But the bottle landed on Jake. Johnnie felt his heart race. He is gonna kiss his crush.
Jake’s eyes widen as the bottle lands on him. He looks at Johnnie, a mix of surprise and excitement on his face.
Jake said, “Oh… wow, looks like it’s my turn now..”
Johnnie swallows hard, his heart pounding in his chest. He looks at Jake, trying to keep his cool. But inside, he’s a mess of nerves and anticipation.”Yeah.. it is..”
Jake shifted as he got closer to Johnnie. He can smell the alcohol on the emo’s breath since all the men earlier drank alcohol at the party.
Johnnie could feel Jake’s breath on his face, and the smell of alcohol made him a little dizzy. He tried to focus, but his mind was racing with thoughts of what was about to happen.
Jake leaned in closer, his eyes locked on Johnnie’s.
Jake’s lips were just inches away from Johnnie’s, and the tension between them was palpable.
Johnnie could feel his heart pounding in his chest, and his breath caught in his throat.
Jake whispered, his voice low and husky.
“Ready?”
Chase and Carrington have their arms around each other as they screamed, “JUST DO IT!”
Johnnie’s face turned even redder, and he felt a mix of embarrassment and excitement.
He looked at Jake, and then at Chase and Carrington, who were egging them on.
Jake chuckled and looked back at Johnnie, a playful glint in his eyes.”They’re right, we should just do it.”
Johnnie nodded, feeling a rush of adrenaline. He couldn’t believe this was happening. He looked into Jake’s eyes, his heart racing.”Yeah… let’s do it.”
Jake pulled Johnnie close and connected their lips. It was supposed to be a simple kiss for the game but it turned into a makeout sesh real quick.
Johnnie melted into the kiss, his arms wrapping around Jake’s neck. He lost himself in the moment, forgetting about the game and the others watching.
Chase and Carrington exclaimed, “HOLY SHIT-” as they laugh and clap their hands, cheering them on.
Jake pulled back, panting softly. “Okay.. i think we’re done playing…”
Johnnie was still breathless, his lips tingling from the kiss. He looked at Jake, his eyes wide with surprise and desire.”Yeah… I think we should take a break from the game.”
He glanced over at Chase and Carrington, who were still laughing and cheering them on. He couldn’t help but feel a little embarrassed, but also exhilarated by what had just happened.
The rest of the party was a blur for Johnnie. He couldn’t stop thinking about the kiss with Jake, and the way he had felt in his arms. He tried to focus on the other activities, but his mind kept wandering back to the moment they had shared.
Eventually, the party began to wind down, and people started to leave. Johnnie found himself standing outside with Jake, both of them still a little tipsy from the alcohol.
Jake has an arm around Johnnie as he is ordering an uber with the other hand. Chase and Carrington went to Chase’s house for the night so the other two decided to just head on home.
Johnnie leaned into Jake’s embrace, feeling comforted by his presence. He watched as Jake ordered the uber, his heart fluttering at the way Jake’s arm was wrapped around him.”Thanks for staying with me. I don’t think I would have been able to handle that party without you.”
“Yeah no shit, I’m not gonna leave you alone at a crowded party like this. I know you have anxiety,” Jake replied as he squeezed Johnnie’s shoulder. “by the way that kiss at the game we played, did you mean that?” He said as he puts his phone away.
Johnnie blushed, feeling a little shy as Jake brought up the kiss.
Johnnie said, “I… yeah, I meant it. I didn’t expect it to turn into a makeout session, but I definitely didn’t hate it.”
“That was actually pretty hot, it felt good with your lips against mine,” Jake admitted as he kissed Johnnie’s head.
Johnnie felt his heart skip a beat at Jake’s words. He looked up at him, a small smile on his face.
“Yeah, it did feel good Jake. I’ve been wanting to kiss you for a while now, to be honest.” He replied.
“Same” Jake admitted as he chewed on his lip for a moment. “Besides that, did you enjoy the party? I know it was probably pretty awkward to kiss Chase and Carrington”
Johnnie chuckled and nodded.
“Yeah, it was pretty fucking awkward. I didn’t really want to kiss them, but I guess it was part of the game. But honestly, I enjoyed the party a lot more once you showed up. It’s always better when you’re around.”
“Yeah sorry that i didn’t come with you in the uber on the way over to the party first, i had something else to do first. So then i hitched a uber and then came over to the party. I bet the first hour or so was awkward without me” Jake laughed.
Johnnie playfully punched Jake’s arm.
“Hey, don’t apologize. I’m just glad you’re here now. And yeah, the first hour or so was pretty awkward. But I survived. Barely.”
Jake smiled as the uber pulled up. “At least we’re both going home in the same one. I’m here for ya”
Johnnie smiled back, feeling grateful for Jake’s presence.”Thanks, I appreciate that. I don’t think I would have made it through the party without you. You really saved me.”
“Awh i appreciate you” Jake smiled as he opened the back door. The two climbed into the uber and sit down and fastened their belts.
Johnnie leaned against Jake as they settled into the backseat of the uber. He felt comfortable and safe with him, and he couldn’t help but smile at how easy it was to be around him.
Johnnie asked “So, what did you have to do before you came to the party? You said you had something else to do first.”
“I had to edit one of my videos and then after that i was on a phone call with my sister” Jake explained, “she’s okay thank god but still scared the crap out of me. Nothing happened she was just worried that she didn’t have my number for a second”
Johnnie nodded, understanding how scary it must have been for Jake’s sister to lose his number. He reached out and squeezed Jake’s hand, trying to comfort him.
Jake squeezed back, he seemed alright. He laid his head on top of Johnnie’s. “So did you like spin the bottle?” He brought up again, laughing and wiggling his eyebrows
The Uber is driving them home.
Johnnie blushed and laughed, remembering the kiss they shared during the game.”Yeah, I guess I did. Even if it was a little embarrassing. But I’m glad it was you who I ended up kissing. It made the game a lot more interesting.”
“It did. You know i was just waiting for it to land on you or you to spin it and for it to land on me” Jake smiled lovingly as they approached their shared house.
They exited the uber and went inside.
Johnnie chuckled and shook his head, amused by Jake’s confession.”You were hoping it would land on me, huh? You sly dog.
“Yeah, you’re cute,” Jake admitted as they went inside the house. The two sit on the couch.
Johnnie blushed again, feeling flattered by Jake’s compliment.”Thanks, you’re not so bad yourself. I’m glad we both got to kiss each other tonight. It was a nice surprise.”
He leaned back against the couch, feeling comfortable and relaxed.
“Want to kiss again?” Jake grins.
Johnnie looked at Jake, a smile spreading across his face. “I thought you’d never ask.”
He leaned in, pressing his lips against Jake’s in a soft, gentle kiss.
Jake returned the kiss and held Johnnie close. The two moved their lips in sync as they kiss each other.
Johnnie wrapped his arms around Jake’s neck, deepening the kiss. He felt a rush of emotions as their lips moved together, his heart pounding in his chest.
He couldn’t believe how good it felt to be kissing Jake again, and he didn’t want it to end.
After a few moments, Johnnie pulled away from the kiss, breathless and flushed.
Johnnie whispered “Wow… that was even better than the first time.”
“I agree,” Jake whispered back, holding Johnnie close in his arms.
Johnnie snuggled into Jake’s embrace, feeling safe and content. He rested his head on Jake’s chest, listening to the steady rhythm of his heartbeat.
Johnnie said, “I’m so glad we did this. I feel like I’ve been waiting forever to kiss you again.”
“Me too, can you be mine so we can kiss all the time?” Jake chuckles.
Johnnie chuckled too, his heart skipping a beat at Jake’s question. “Of course I can be yours. I’d love to be your boyfriend. And I promise to kiss you whenever you want.”
The two spent the rest of the night cuddling on the couch, exchanging kisses and soft touches.
They talked about their feelings for each other, their hopes and dreams for the future, and everything in between.
As the night grew later, they eventually drifted off to sleep, still wrapped up in each other’s arms.
It was a perfect end to a perfect night, and they knew that they were finally where they were meant to be –
together.
