Oh yeah, you best bet I’m going to be writing titles to each chapter of the story like the episodes of Pokemon. Hope you enjoy the chapter!

Clemont’s POV
Currently, Ash, Serena, Bonnie and I were making our way to the famous Shalour City. However, there seemed to be a kid, similar to our age, walking incredibly slowly. It didn’t seem right, he didn’t seem right. I was going to ask Serena about him but I couldn’t as I heard a shout from Ash.
“Woah! You guys!” Ash shouted, running over to the boy and pulling him onto the grass, Serena and Bonnie went to help too, I followed suit.
Y/n’s POV
I slowly opened my eyes, I didn’t know where I was. I felt so hungry and tired.
“HE’S AWAKE!” A little girl screamed in my face.
“Bonnie! Chill out!” A tall blonde man pulled this “Bonnie” girl away from me. He came up to me apologised. “I’m so sorry about my sister, she doesn’t know when to be quiet.”
“Oh, it’s no problem, but…Where am I? And who are you guys?” I rubbed my sore head.
“My names Clemont and this is Bonnie, Ash and Serena.” Clemont pointed to all of his friends.
“It’s nice to meet you all. My name is Y/n L/n. Thanks for helping me out.” I chuckled sadly.
“Its fine, we were just about to make some lunch if you wanted to join us?” Serena asked, helping me to my feet.
“Thank you, I haven’t eaten in days or slept in days.” I admitted.
“WHAT!” Ash shouted. “HOW CAN YOU HAVE NOT EATEN FOR DAYS!”
“Long story, I can tell you over lunch?” I said.
“Hey Mr. Y/n?” Little Bonnie looked up at me.
“Yeah?” I asked.
“Do you have any Pokemon?” She asked, I saw the others look over at me.
“Yeah, I want to battle them if you do.” Ash came closer towards us.
“I mean, I do have one pokemon I could show you.” I held the pokéball of my closest friend.
“SHOW US!” Ash and Bonnie jumped up and down in excitement.
“Ok fine.” I smirked and stood back.
“SWABLU! CENTRE STAGE!” I shouted, chucking the pokeball up into the air. It exploded and revealed my beautiful Swablu fly around and land on my shoulder.
“So cute!” Bonnie went to pet my Swablu, I knew the consequences already. Swablu let out a powerful sound from its beak.
“Swablu! I told you not to use Round on people!” I said. “Sorry Bonnie, Swablu is very anxious of new people.”
“What? I can’t hear you!” She shouted.
“Guys it’s time for lunch.” Serena shouted so that Bonnie could hear.
We sat down to eat Serena’s delicious lunch. I also met all of the others pokemon, Fennekin, Chespin, Pikachu, Dedenne, Fletchling and Froakie. Seeing another Froakie made me incredibly sad.
“So, tell us about yourself Y/n.” Ash said.
“From the beginning or the part about why I fainted.” I asked.
“The beginning.” Ash stated.
“Right, get comfortable.” I sighed.
Flashback.
“So it all started when I was young about 13 years old.” I started. “I got my first pokemon at a very late age.”
“Your first pokemon must be perfect, it must show how strong you are!” My father demanded pacing the grand hall.
“I have the perfect pokemon for the young Master Y/n, Sir.” The connoisseur exclaimed handing me a pokeball. “Here, give it a try.”
I looked at the back of the pokeball and saw what pokemon was in it. I was scared to let it out.
“Go on boy, I don’t have all day. And your mother can’t help you, she’s useless.” Father looked down on me. I threw the pokeball out and heard a mighty roar. After hearing the sound I had ran behind my father and clutched on to his leg.
“Steelix! A magnificent choice for my dear son.” My father looked down at me and pulled me from his leg. “Now, don’t be so rude and introduce yourself, Y/n.”
It loomed over me like a wave that I couldn’t get rid of. I was terrified. The Colossal being moved towards me and looked at me. It rested its head on the floor. I stroked its coarse body gently.
“I can tell that Steelix likes you Master Y/n.” Klaus, the connoisseur remarked.
“Pathetic, Pokemon are meant to serve their masters, not be their playmate.” My father took the pokeball and made Steelix return into its pokeball. “We shall pick this up in the morning. Y/n, Jean said that Adam and Stevie would like to meet you at the sundial to play. Go see them.”
“Father, Adam and Stevie are vile to pokemon, they don’t respect them at all.” I pleaded with him.
“That’s why I like them so much, they have sense, unlike you. I’d take them for sons over you anyday.” My disgusting father walked away.
Timeskip.
I didn’t have a choice but to go. Walking through the streets of Anistar City was extremely difficult. There were many people, couples and all. And there were a lot of Nightclubs meant for performers, some of them who have competed in the Princes cup or Princesses cup. For example The current reigning Kalos Queen Aria and her perfect Delphox. or The current reigning Kalos King Monsieur Pierre and his amazing Klefki.
“There you are loser!” I saw Adam, he pointed and laughed at me. “Still don’t have a pokemon yet?”
“No, but-!” I was interrupted by a cry.
“Fucking hell, Stay still you bastard Bird!” I saw Stevie hit something.
“Fuck you Stevie! It was going to be a surprise!” Adam shouted at Stevie. I had a look at the thing that Stevie had hit. It was a pokemon. It looked like it had been so badly beaten and abandoned, it was sickening.
“Stevie! What the hell!” I looked at him.
“Shut your fucking mouth Y/n!” Adam shouted at me and pushed me to the railings of the Sundial.
“Get your hands off of me!” Without hesitation I headbutted Adam, which caused blood to be drawn from both of our foreheads. I ran towards the frail thing and covered it with my body.
“Do something Stevie!” I heard adam shout.
“Right! Zweilous, Use Crunch and keep using it!” Stevie released his pokemon. I felt a powerful pain in my back, it hurt so badly. I burst out into tears but I wouldn’t let go of the defenseless Pokemon.
“Amoonguss! Use Venoshock!” Adam instructed his pokemon to poison me. It worked, I felt the poison seep into my skin and make me go dizzy.
“Amoonguss, Use Solar Beam!” Those words terrified me.
“Zweilous, Use Dragon Rush!” Terrified me even more.Â
Just as the attacks were about to land a move had blocked out those super powerful moves.
“Meowstics’ use Psyshock!” It was an adult woman’s voice. I looked up to see a floating woman with a blue glow around her. She spoke up and said. “You boys have no place in this world, using and abusing pokemon like their your toys.”
“We were trying to save it from Y/n! He hit it!” They both pleaded.
“GO NOW!” The floating lady had a mean demeanour towards the boys.
They ran away and it left me with the woman. She fed me a berry which healed my poison.
“Young Master Y/n.” I was confused that she knew my name. “I am Olympia…”
“Gym Leader of the Anistar City Gym.” I finished her sentence.
“Very observant. And this pokemon, do you know what it is?” She handed me some sort of spray to heal its wounds. I gently sprayed it on the wings of the pokemon. It bit me at first but it stopped after it felt better. “It’s called a Swablu, very rare. It was abandoned.”
“People who abandon pokemon don’t deserve to have them.” I growled.
“I agree. It’s time you go home now Y/n.” Olympia exclaimed. “I’ll take you home.”Â
“Ok, Swablu, I hope your ready to fly back into the wild.” I picked them up. I tried to release it but the pokemon wouldn’t move out of my hands.Â
“I think he wants to come home with you Y/n.” The strange gym leader handed me a pokeball. “Catch him.”
“Really?” I looked down at the Swablu, it smiled at me and flew out of my hand. “Ok then! Go pokeball!”
Throwing the pokeball out towards the Swablu, it accepted its positive new beginning with open wings. I had caught my very first pokemon, it felt amazing.
Timeskip.
Olympia taking me back home was not fun. My parents thought I had stolen Swablu. Olympia stood at the door and said.
“Mr and Mrs L/n. Y/n caught this Swablu under the assistance of my help. With this Swablu, he will become one of the most impeccable trainers in the Kalos region. I hope you can continue to let him train and work on his skills as a trainer and a performer.” She said.
“Olympia, are your readings wrong!?” My parents laughed. “Y/n will not become a pokemon performer, he isn’t like those other faggots. We have already decided his destiny. He will take over the business. And for that he can’t have such a useless pokemon.”
“My readings are never wrong.” Olympia became sombre. “You have a reputation to uphold, if the story that you abuse your workers and pokemon were to slip out, your reputation would be run into the ground, so will your wealth and relationships. So I would think very carefully of how you play your chess pieces.”Â
Shortly after that, Olympia left. My parents looked at my with nothing but disgust.Â
“Klaus, lead the boy to his room and don’t let him out until I say.” My father said.
It was like that, I wasn’t allowed to leave my room unless it was for school. The only things I had keeping me company was Swablu and a sewing machine that Klaus had bought me to stop me from dying of boredom. But slowly I gathered the skills in how to sew, Quilting, heming, gathering, All of it! I was making little costumes of different fabrics in my room for Swablu, I was also watching Pokemon performances left right and centre. I also was looking at different peoples Journeys, I wanted to go on one so desperately. So I made up my mind.
Timeskip – (Y/n is 16 years old)
It was the evening before my 16th birthday, It was also the day that I was to leave for Lumiose City. Specifically Professor Sycamore’s laboratory to get my pokedex and starter pokemon. I had everything I needed, A hand stitched, waterproof bag, wallet with money in it, rail card and a sleeping bag.
I had left a note to my parents which read.Â
Dear Parents,Â
I’m leaving to go on a journey, I want this life so badly. I hate feeling like a disappointment towards you. But I’m not letting that stop me from being who I really am. When your reading this I’ll probably be on a plane to the Unova region by now. If you want to find me, Ill be near the Skyarrow Bridge.
Yours Sincerely,
Y/n
After writing the note I had carefully left home and set out to the route for Lumiose. Olympia had waited for me outside of the route tunnel. She handed me a digital map and a tent.
“When I had first met you, I saw a bright future in your eyes. And now that futures becoming a reality. Good luck out there Y/n. We’ll be seeing a lot of each other later in your journey.” She smiled.
“Any advice for the road?” I giggled.
“Yes.” She tensed up. “Whatever you do. Keep Swablu and your pokedex on you at all times. Especially in Cafe Rouge.”Â
“Ok then. See you! Until we meet again.” I smiled walking into a lit up tunnel.
Timeskip.
Getting to Lumiose City was kinda difficult but I had Swablu with me, I had gotten to Professor Sycamore early in the Morning and picked my Starter pokemon.Â
“Welcome to the team, Froakie!” I exclaimed.Â
“He looks like the perfect match for you two.” The professor remarked. “What are you going to do now?”
“Probably go to a cafe before setting off to Santalune City.” I headed out the door.Â
“The red cafe is opposite the Tunnel to Santalune city, try going there?” He said.
“Right on!” I trotted down the steps and ran off with froakie and swablu on my shoulders towards the red cafe.Â
I sat down at a table on the outside deck. I then thought about what Olympia said. Keep Swablu and your pokedex with you at all times. So I put froakie in his pokeball and proceeded to order my drink. After I had ordered I went outside to see that someone was running away with my bag. I ran after the thief.
“Give that back! It’s mine!” I screamed. “Swablu use Aerial Ace!”
“Pyroar use Flamethrower!” Suddenly a pyroar unleashed a huge flamethrower directly onto my Swablu, causing it to faint immediately. I was torn;Â
Do I save my bag or my friend?…
“SWABLU!” Without thinking I ran towards my falling pokemon, Jumped high enough to catch it and cuddled it in my arms. I took all the impact and rolled onto the ground.
People stood staring. I picked myself up and ran to the pokemon centre. Waiting there for Swablu, Officer Jenny stated,
“I’m sorry but there is a very thin chance you’ll get your stuff back.” My heart sank. “I’m sorry.”Â
“I don’t have any money!” I started to cry.
“Once again, I am sorry.” She then left.
“Here’s Swablu, they’re feeling much better now. Take care.” Nurse joy handed me Swablu.
“Swablu, we won’t get our stuff back.” I cried, my partner comforted me by rubbing his wing across my cheek. “But that won’t stop me from going on a journey! Let’s go Swablu!”
End of Flashback
“Wow, that must have been really hard for you guys.” Serena sighed.
“I hate thieves!” Bonnie growled.
“I hate people who abandon and abuse pokemon.” Ash patted my back.Â
“Yeah.” Clemont agreed.
“So Y/n?” Ash turned to me. “Fancy a pokemon battle?”
“Sure, but might I remind you that My father is a duke at the Battle Chateau, he trained me to become a duke the same as him.” I giggled getting up from my seat.
“Doesn’t mean anything to me!” Ash smirked.
“I’ll have the pleasure to referee this pokemon battle.” Clemont smiled.
“Thanks.” I said.
“Both sides will use one pokemon, the battle will end once one pokemon from either side is unable to battle.” Clemont said. “Battle begin!”
“Go Pikachu!” Ash said. His pikachu running off of his shoulder, getting in a battle stance.
“Swablu, Centre stage!” I announced, swablu flying onto the battlefield. “Bit unfair you’re using an Electric type vs my Flying type.”
“So? I want to see what you can do!” Ash smirked. “Pikachu, use Electro ball, follow it up with Thunderbolt.”
“Swablu use Double Cotton guard!” I shouted, Swablu spinning in a circle creating a shield of fluff around it. It tanked the hits from thunderbolt and Electro ball pretty well. “Now use Aerial Ace!”
Swablu landed a perfect, critical hit on Pikachu, it was an amazing strike. Next Pikachu used Quick attack which hit. But we followed it with round.Â
“Time to wrap this up swablu!” I began. “Use Solar-!”
Suddenly, Both Pikachu and Swablu had been attacked by what seemed to be a hot air balloon, they were now in these glass cages.
“SWABLU!” I shouted. “LET THEM GO!”
“Aw, sweet little posh boy wants his pretty birdy back! Sorry ’bout it!” The girl with the red wine coloured hair mocked me.
“There’s no getting out now!” The man said.
“Who are you people!” I shouted.
“They’re called Team Rocket. They’re bad people who steal peoples pokemon and use them for evil.” Clemont stood in front of me with his chespin.
“Team Rocket!? Sounds like my School science project.” I laughed.
“WHY YOU LITTLE-!” The Woman who identified herself as Jessie shouted. “Pumpkaboo, Use Shadow ball!”
“Chespin, use Pin missile.” Clemont instructed.
“Swablu, I’m not losing you too!” I shouted. “Swablu use Aerial Ace on the corner of the cage.”
Swablu did what I said and broke out of the cage.
“Come to me Swablu!” I shouted. Swablu flew towards me, Pikachu and broken out of the cage it was in, Ash told it to use thunderbolt but that Wobbuffet reflected it. After that had happened I shouted. “Swablu! Use Solar Beam!”
Swablu absorbed the energy from the sun and released it in a concentrated beam. Wobbuffet tried to reflect it but it couldn’t. Their hot air balloon exploded and flew away. All I could hear was.
“Team Rocket’s blasting off again!”
“Woah! That was cool Y/n!” Ash exclaimed.
“Thanks, but it was all Swablu.” I smiled.
“I like you.” Bonnie nodded her head.
“I guess we’re all packed up now.” Serena said.
“I guess that means we need to say goodbye.” Clemont sighed.
“Yeah, I guess.” I sighed too. “So where are you headed now?”
“Shalour City.” They all said.
“Cool. I was planning on heading that way anyways.” I remarked.
“How so?” Serena asked.
“They’re doing a pokemon showcase exhibition in Lagoon town. I was headed there to see if I have what it takes to be a pokemon performer.” I exclaimed.
“Nice!” They all said.
“I think you should permanently join our team.” Ash smiled, holding out his hand. “What do you say Y/n?”
“Gladly.” I shook Ashes hand.
“Welcome to the team Y/n!” The all cheered.
