Ayan’s POV
Early the next morning, I wake up in my prince’s arms. I was so terrified yesterday, someone grabbed me off the horse during the ambush, I tried yelling for Falcon but he couldn’t hear me. I thought all was lost.
As we are strolling in the palace towards the King’s quarters, am walking with Falcon’s arms around me,holding my waist. Since he is taller than me,he is practically a giant,he keeps bending down to whisper in my ear.
But I keep noticing something weird,everyone is dressed in mourning clothes,from the servants to the slaves.I wonder what is going on!
We finally reach the king’s Chambers, they are expecting a special guest today,the kings sister,Princess Sharifah Ali Fazad,she is married to the Vizier Fazad,we are told. The Queen Hadijjah is also coming.
As we are still waiting,I see people approaching and I can’t believe my eyes,it is Yasin! Yass, my beloved friend, what is he doing in Ramah? He is with Mustafa, the man he was always meeting up with.
They come and bow down.
“I see you managed to steal him away” Falcon says
“Yes,sire” he replies
“What is going on?” I ask
Slowly, they explain everything from the poison saga,Mustafa’s betrayal to the upcoming rebellion.
“Do you forgive him? I ask Yasin
” Yes,I know how much Mustafa was loyal to Shafiq but for once he put me first,he decided to expose their plan in order to save me” he says
“I know how much Jalen means to Yassy,if I didn’t do anything, he would never forgive me” Mustafa says
But won’t they realise Yasin is missing from the dungeon? I ask
” Right now they are busy making battle plans,they won’t realise too soon” Mustafa replies
“Did you deliver my message to my father and the commanders on our side?” Falcon asks
“Yes, they said you should meet up tomorrow to finalise plans” he replies
“Alright” Falcon says
We sit down and I decide to catch up with Yasin. We laugh and chat,till I see a servant passing by in mourning clothes and remember what I had seen earlier, I summon him,
“Tell me,why is everyone wearing mourning clothes today?” I ask
“Ooh,its the lost Prince’s birthday today,every year for the past two decades, we mourn his loss together with the queen” he says
“It’s really a sad thing,I hope he is out there somewhere and the Queen finds him one day” I reply

Meanwhile…….,
“Announcing the King of Ramah King Wazah Ali ,the Queen Haddijah Malika Ali and the Princess Sharifa Ali Fazad” a servant announces.
They come towards us slowly till they all stop in shock!!!?
The Queen and princess together with the King all look pale,shocked and disbelieving, the four of us rush towards them,
“What is going on? Are you all fine?Falcon asks
“My baby” princess Sharifa says
“My baby” Hadijjah says
I wonder what is going on? Whose baby? What happened
“Its you!! You have returned” Hadijjah says kneeling on the floor tears running down her face.
“I can’t believe this!” The king says
“Somebody call my husband” Sharifa says
The servants scramble to go and call him.
“You are my lost son,my little baby who was stolen from me! A mother’s heart knows her child,its you my sweetheart” Hadijjah says
By this time, the Vizier has come and he looks pale and shocked too. He is holding Sharifa and she is also crying pointing towards us.
Who is their son? Who are they talking about??? It can’t be Falcon, he has parents, they are in Jalen…..!!!!
