Sanemi grabbed Obanai and Giyuu and dragged them to his house, ignoring the protests that followed. He kicked the door opened and marched through the halls.

“What the fuck are you doing, Sanemi??” Obanai grumbled, patting Kaburamaru who was in distress as he had thought Sanemi was going to strangle him for a second. 

“We’re gonna cuddle,” Sanemi said opening his bedroom door.

“You could’ve just said so! Not dragged us all the way!” Obanai whined, struggling to release Sanemi’s grip.

Giyuu had said nothing, simply accepting his fate as he was thrown onto the bed along with Obanai.

Sanemi grinned and climbed onto the bed on top of them, adjusting them so Obanai was on the opposite side and Giyuu in the middle. “Now where’s the fun in that?” he asked, earning a half-hearted punch from the smallest of the three.

Giyuu got himself comfortable, arms and legs wrapping around Sanemi’s torso, leaning slightly against Obanai.

“See? Giyuu didn’t whine. So don’t be a baby and be like him,” Sanemi said, flicking Obanai’s hand away as it tried to pinch him. 

“I- I’m not a baby!” Obanai protested, nearly strangling Giyuu in his irritation.

“You’re not?” Giyuu asked quietly, earning a laugh from Sanemi. 

“I’M NOT!!” Obanai complained, burying his head in Giyuu’s shoulder, tightening his embrace.

“…but you’re small like one,” Giyuu commented. “And you’re cute.”

Obanai groaned, mussing up Giyuu’s hair. “I hate you.”

Sanemi kissed Giyuu’s forehead. “Hmm, if Obanai’s the baby then why isn’t he in the middle, though…”

“I like being in the middle,” Giyuu mumbled. Then, louder, “should I move?”

Obanai and Sanemi glanced at each other, then at Giyuu. 

“If you like the middle then you don’t have to move,” Sanemi said, reaching out and wrapping hands loosely around Obanai’s upper arms, tightening the cuddle. Obanai snuggled closer to Giyuu, his legs entangling around Giyuu’s waist.

“But… then Obanai can be in the middle, and he is smaller, so it’ll be more comfortable for both of you,” Giyuu ranted, starting to sound panicked. 

Obanai bonked Giyuu on the head lightly, making him squeak in surprise. “I don’t want to be in the middle—AND I’M NOT SMALL SO STOP SAYING THAT. It’s not uncomfortable for me either.”

“You are small,” Sanemi retorted, dodging Obanai’s hand. “But yeah. It’s alright for me, alright for Obanai, so stop being worried about this and just let us cuddle you.”

Giyuu hesitated. “Are you sure? If it’s annoying, I can switch with Oba-“

“No,” Sanemi and Obanai said simultaneously, their voices firm. 

“…okay,” Giyuu conceded, though a frown tugged on his lips.

Sanemi sighed and tilted his head up, shifting so that he could see him better. He pressed a light kiss on the plush of Giyuu’s bottom lip, then on his nose. “If you like this, we’re staying like this. No matter what your overthinking mind says.”

“Alright,” Giyuu agreed, more decisively now.

Obanai pulled away, tugging his bandages loose. Then he turned Giyuu towards him, kissing him gently. “Good.”

Giyuu smiled slightly, sinking back into the cuddles, his eyes fluttering close.

The other two quickly wrapped their arms back around him, drifting off into a peaceful slumber.
