Bright don’t know why but he didn’t feel like leaving Win alone at home.
Even on the days of marriage he didn’t took a leave and that’s why Mark was surprised when Bright called him saying he’ll not be coming to company for 2 or three days.

Next day Win was laying down and he looked at the clock and saw it was time for Bright to leave for work. Right then we walked in through the door of his room in clothes wearing at home.

“Eh, P’Bright aren’t you going to work today?”win asked and Bright smiled and placed down the fruits on the table.

“I’m tired of work and you’re not well. So I think I’ll take care of you”

“You don’t have-“

“I have to…..maybe we can get to know eachother in this time”Bright shrugged and Win smiled and took the plate of fruits in his hand.

“Here,have some too”Win was about to give him the plate but Bright stopped.

“Eat it all…..we have more left. We’ll eat together left”Bright said and Win nodded.

“So, you didn’t said how stupid you were to eat something you know you’ll get allergy from”Bright smirked and Win pouted.

“It was an accident”

“How so?”

“There are some girls who have a crush on me-“

“So you have followers too”Bright cut in.

“Aish, don’t cut in or I won’t say” Win said like a kid and Bright laughed.

“Okay, continue”

“Ah so, only a few know I’m married and this girl dragged me out of cafeteria when Ohm and Fong were using restroom-“

“Together?”Bright again cut in.

“GEEEEEEEEZZZZZ”Win rolled his eyes and Bright laughed.

“Okay okay,sorry. Continue”

“Hmmmm. So she took me to our school garden and pulled out this box of cake. She said she specially made them for me and I should eat them. I said no, I’m full. I can’t eat and she started crying and whine like a baby-“

“Baby brat?”

“Indeed and finally I agreed to take a bite and get done with it but she forced and feed me half of that cake. After I had disturbances on my body and ended up in hospital. Later she texted me after knowing about the incident and told me she never knew I had allergy to peanut and she added peanut butter added in it but because of other ingredients strong aroma it’s taste and smell wasn’t noticable”Win said and Bright nodded with serious expression.

“Was the cake delicious?”he suddenly asked and Win looked at him with an unbelievable expression.

“It was. Or else I wouldn’t have been eating that and would’ve threw it away”

“I knew it”Bright said and Win giggled.

“So would you have something in your mind for lunch?”Bright convinced Win that he’ll cook and Win had no other choices.

“Nothing special. What are you planning to make?”

“Khao Pad (thai fried rice)”

“That’s good. But Do you know how to cook?”Win asked again.

“We’ll see about that”Bright said and Win shook his head.

“It’ll take some time, so go and watch television”Bright walked Win to living room to make him watch movie and rushed back to Bright.

After 1hour or less Win get a weird smell in the air. And heard Bright coughing and stood up from the couch.

“P’Bright are you ok-“before he could walk out of the living room Bright rushed to him and pushed him back to sit down.

“Everything thing is fine nothing to worry about. Food will be ready in a few…… don’t worry,just relax and watch movie”Bright smiled nervously and Win looked at him suspiciously.

“You took more than enough time to cook it”

“But it’s Bright’s cooking,so it’ll be special. Waiting is worth for my delicious food”Bright reassured him and walked back only after making sure Win beleived him.

Bright opened the window to let all the smoke outside of the kitchen and grabbed his phone dialling a number hesitantly.

“Good afternoon Mr.Brigh-“

“Good afternoon……I need your help with something”

“Sure sir. What is it?”

“…….”

“Hello, sir-“

“Get me the most delicious Khao Pad around here in 30minutes”

“Sorry sir-“

“Do I need to repeat myself?”

“No sir…..I was just…… don’t worry sir, I’ll be there in 30minutes”

“Good”and Bright quickly cut the call. But then he remembered something and dialled him again.

“And use the back door. Win is in living room watching movies. Don’t let him know or you’re finished”

“Uh-sure sir-“

Bright cut the call and sighed in relief.

He opened the cooker and coughed seeing the burned masterpiece of his cooking and sighed.

“I better get rid of this before he comes and see this”Bright said to himself and started to clean the mess he made.

After minutes he heard a knock on the back door and quickly opened it revealing a smiling mark with a bag.

“Good afternoon sir, I got what you asked”he said and Bright breathed out.

“Thanks. You can go back now-“

“Why are you sweating sir? Are you ok-“

“P’BRIGHT WHO’S THERE?ARE YOU OKAY?”Win’s sound was heard from inside and Mark misunderstood the total situation…..

“No one AND EVERYTHING’S FINE”

“Oooohhh did I interupted something?”he asked and Bright’s eye’s widened.

“Yaah I’m your boss. Go back now AND don’t tell a word about this to anyone……when I say anyone, I really mean it”Bright glared and Mark gulped and smiled nervously.

“Sure sir”and the door was closed straight on his face.

“And the food is ready~~”Bright sing sang and Win walked to dining room and saw two plates of delicious Khao Pad looking good and Win started drooling.

“You gonna stay there and watch me eat. Come and eat”Bright said and Win take a seat with a sweet sweet smile.

Win took a bite of his food and closed him eyes and moaned as the taste of the food exploded in his mouth and Bright’s face lit up.

“Is it good?”Bright asked and Win nodded happily.

Well the food was amazing and Bright Should indeed appreciate his- no the chef’s cooking.

The dinner was a silent one.

After washing the dishes they both decided to spend some time on their roof top where the fresh breeze was bloy.

They both sat on two chairs enjoying the nature.

“Now you know I’m great at cooking”Bright said and Win giggled.

“I would’ve agreed to it if this wasn’t from the restaurant I eat khao Pad often”Win said And Bright’s eye’s widened.

“W-what are you talking about?”

“The food wasn’t made by you and it was a takeout from xxxx , where I eat them often”Win smirked and shrugged.

“Oh-“that was all Bright could say before they both laughed out.

“Well,I didn’t wanted to embarrass myself by serving you burned food. It was my first time cooking it”Bright said and Win smiled.

“I knew it. But it’s fine, atleast you were kind enough to feed me good food”Win said and Bright smiled back.

After a while Bright went to take medicine for Win and after they continued sitting in the roof top itself.

Win took out his phone and played music.

“You love songs?”Bright asked.

“A lot. What about you?”Win asked.

“I don’t get a lot of time to listen to them. But I love them too”Bright said and their conversation continued based on musics…….time flies so fast and soon the sun disappeared and the stars peeked down from the night sky.

They both looked above at the beauty of night.

“Hey, it’s night…… we’ve been sitting here for so long….. let’s go down”Bright said after a while and they both stood up and walk downstairs.

For dinner they ordered pizza and ate together.

Win took his medicine for night and Bright tuck him to sleep.

“Sleep well, good night”Bright smiled.

“Same to you”Win smiled and Bright turned of the light and went back to his room.

It was a night they both thought about each other with love and care before going to sleep. Win wished this to stay forever while Bright was starting to wish for their relationship to get better like today💖.
