Days have passed and finally today is the day Prim and her friends waited for.

“Finally, we’re graduating”Miriam jumped on her bed and Prim chuckled.

“Miriam, aren’t you going to miss me after I go back”Prim asked casually and Miriam stopped jumping and came to Prim and clinged onto her neck.

“Then how about this? You can stay here with me forever”she said cutely and prim chuckled.

“You know that I can’t. Now go and fix your hair, it’s all messed up”Prim said and she sat on her bed and pouted.

“Do it for me”she said and Prim rolled her eyes and went to help her with her hair. After a few minutes it was done.

“Done, let’s go now”Prim said and they got their bags.

In the university there were almost everyone’s Parents or siblings.

Jackson’s mom came since his father was busy. Phuak’s parents flied from Korea to be there, Miriam’s parents was there to and as for Tonhon, it was his brother Na and sister Pang. Everyone was having fun with their family and of course Prim joined them too.

“Oh Prim, didn’t your family arrived?”Na asked she shook her head.

“No P’NaThey are all busy. And this is not that important anyways”she smiled sadly and her friends hugged her.

“You should’ve told Win and Bright”Jackson said and she smiled.

“Win’s exams are going on and I don’t want P’Bright to leave him alone”she smiled.

“Your parents?”Pang aksed.

“It’s just they are busy. It’s fine”Prim smiled anyways and Jackson’s mom begged her.

“It’s fine dear, we are here….. consider us as your family”she said and Prim don’t know why she suddenly teared up. Up until now her parents was never present on any such days. But today for the first time she wished to know how it would’ve felt to have them here.

“That’s right dear. We’re all here”Phuak’s parents said and she thanked to them all and then she suddenly spotted someone and a smile formed on her face. She excused herself and ran to the person who was looking around.

“UNCLE”she called out and the man turned around to see the person he was looking for and she ran to him and he hugged her caringly.

“You look beautiful as ever dear. I came here for you today, to see you getting graduated”he said remembering how his son used to talk him about asking Prim’s hands for wedding on the graduation day. But because of his own mistakes now he’s gone. He stared tearing up and Prim wiped away his tears.

“Don’t cry uncle…..I don’t think John will be happy seeing his father or me crying. After this we’ll go to see him together. He was special to me after all”Prim said and hold back her tears. No matter how much he have hurted her,even if the days passed by she sometimes missed him…..she just couldn’t hate him after knowing how much he lived her,it only got dangerous when he got afraid of losing her to someone else.

If not she knew,on this day he would’ve been in the front row clicking her pictures of getting graduated and to erase her pain that her family is not there…..

She introduced him to her friends family.

“This is my uncle”she introduced happily.

“Your own uncle? See someone came for you too” Na said with a warm smile and you nodded.

“Not my own uncle, but father of someone who was really special to me once. He came for me today”She looked so happy and the functions begin.

One by one everyone’s name were called and others cheered for them. Finally it was Prim and she stood up when her name was called. Once again she Missed her parents as she walked up to the stage. Jackson cheered for her happily and someone suddenly appeared in his side with a phone and he just glanced at him and gasped.

“Surprise!”he smiled.

“Mark? You here?”Jackson asked happily.

“Shhhh I’m video calling P’Bright and Win” he said and only then Jackson saw Win and Bright were watching Prim in video call.

She started her small speech and her eyes wandered all around the students and family and suddenly she gasped and it was loudly heard through the microphone. Everyone looked at her checking if she was okay.

Her gaze was fixed on two people who were waving at her yelling her to continue with a smile.

“GO ON DAUGHTER, YOU’VE GOT THIS” Tawan yelled with full energy like a teenager and everyone turned their attention to them.

“That’s her parents?”her friends were shocked too.

“Father and Mother? OH MY GOD”she yelled through the mic happily and ran down the stage.

At the last step she was about to fall but someone helped her”watch your steps”the boy said with a smile and you bowed to her before running to her parents not caring about anyone else.

Her friends and brothers were tearing up seeing how happy she was with this simple gesture and everyone present there had a smile on her face.

She jumbed onto her parents and cried happily as they hold her close, they were also tearing up a little.

“Hey, is father’s princess crying…..hmmm? You’re my strong girl….. go one,get done with that sh** and we’ll go get icecream”Tawan said to cheer her up only to get pinched by his wife for using bad word in front of their daughter and Prim chuckled.

“We love you cupcake, go one and finish it”lisa said and kissed her cheeks..

They accompanied her to the steps to the stage.

“Woah, that’s the best moment of today”girl leader of the univ said tearing up a bit and hugged Prim before handing over the mic to her.

She finished ul the speech and everyone clapped for her happily and she ran back to her parents and dragged them to introduce them to her friend’s family.

But she didn’t forgot her promise.

“Let’s go and get icecream?” Her father asked.

“Sure father, but I’ll be right here in half hour. Please wait for me”she excused herself and ran outside the gate following John’s father who walked away thinking you are busy.

“Uncle, did you just left me alone?”she pouted after catching up with him.

“Oh dear, I thought you got busy with your parents and forgot about coming to there”he said and she playfully gasped.

“Oh my god uncle, how could you think of me like that. Come on let’s go”she hold his hand like a daughter would do and walked with him.

You kneeled in front of his grave and his father stood their.

“John, I hipe you’re resting there with no worries. Be happy because we don’t want you to be sad. Don’t worry about your father, I’m here for him as a daughter……..today I got graduated…… somewhere in my heart I wished if you were here,…… whatever happened,I forgave you….rest easy John……we love you”She smiled and placed the flowers near the candle they lighted.

She was planning to take his father with her to Thailand since he’s living all alone here and not in a good condition, John always talked to you about how he want to provide you and his father with the best things in the world. But now they are just word’s which couldn’t be fulfilled by him no more.

But his father rejected to go with her kindly. She tried to convince him but ended up going back alone tonher parents.

“Where were you honey?”Lisa asked and you smiled.

“Went to visit a friend…..”

“Can we leave tonight Prim?”her father and she looked at her friends sadly but nodded.

“We can father. Can I just be with my friends alone before that?”she asked for permission and they agreed happily, asking Mark to take her to them when they are done with fun.

“I wished if we were there”Win said wiping away his tears and Bright did the same.

“Atleast she’s happy……. never seen her this happy. Next is your chance to cry Win, be prepared”Bright joked to lighten the situation and Win shook his head.

“I will not since I’m seeing you all everyday”he said but Bright know he can cry easily.

“We’ll see about that”Bright smirked and Win smirked back.

“We will see”
