“Gah–!” Y/n was surprised by f/n appearing out of nowhere, “Master f/n..”
F/n was confused, “Why are you so jumpy today?”
“Oh, it’s nothing..” y/n brushed it off with a meek laugh.
F/n hummed, ignoring that moment, he smiled to ask, “You sure?”
Y/n nodded, “Yeah, I guess just a little–err….. Spooked.”
“Spooked?? Why?” F/n crossed his arms when he tilted his head slightly from curiosity, “Did something bad happen to you today?”
“Yes and no, but yes.” Y/n shrugged her shoulders as she turned to leave, “My apologies but I’m a little busy with my studies, Master f/n.”
F/n chuckled, ‘Oh, of course, you are.’
“Alright, but maybe we can have lunch later together then?” He suggested.
“I can’t be sure if I’ll make it but I’ll try.” Y/n turned a corner.
“Ah–wait, you got to promi—-..?” But the moment f/n turned to follow and stop her for a moment she just disappeared from thin air.

Katarina finished most of her classes in the morning, and right now it was nothing more but vacant hours until lunch.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t the same for her friends who had some council work to quickly finish to have lunch with her.
She didn’t really promise to have lunch with them but that’s that.
While walking around the hallways to pass the time, humming to herself, she heard a familiar voice.
“Gah–!”
“Master f/n..”
“Why are you so jumpy today?”
“Oh, it’s nothing..”
Katarina paused, standing just right around the corner from where the two were standing, just a turn from her if she thought of meeting them, she stayed quiet.
“You sure?”
“Yeah, I guess just a little err….. Spooked but that’s all.”
‘Who’s she talking to..?’ Katarina smiled in wonder.
“Spooked? Why? Did something happen that’s not good for you today?”
She hid her presence well to listen.
“Yes and no, but yes.”
“And my apologies but I’m a little busy with my studies, Master f/n.”
“Alright, maybe we can have lunch later together then?”
“I can’t be sure if I’ll make it but I’ll try.”
Katarina couldn’t hear y/n finally make a move, she was walking in her direction.
She smirked, ‘This cheeky little lady….’
The moment she faced y/n who flinched when she looked up at her with a pale face, she covered her mouth and in a blink of an eye, they both disappeared and reappeared near the woods just outside the academy.
Y/n gasped, pulling away from Katarina who was smiling at her.
Katarina lowered her hand aside to give her some space of comfort to breathe.
“W-What do you want?” Y/n asked.
“Ah?” Katarina pointed to her open mouth, saying, “I’m just hungry.”
Y/n huffed, ‘Oh.’
She offered her arm out, it still hasn’t healed up from the two last bites Katarina did to it.
“Hm? Your arm hasn’t healed yet though.” Katarina said.
“So? As long as I give you my blood, you’d let me live, and I’ll promise not to share this secret with anybody else.” Y/n said, ‘But.. I’ve been getting lightheaded often by now.’
