Chapter 22
Start
Days afterwards, Ian assembled a small group of personnel as the head of their project.
A mix of people from Chenyi’s company and some from Neutré that Ian had worked with in the past. Competent people he knew would do a great job.
Renaissance. Rebirth. New Life. They put the concept into thought.
Ian wanted the magazine to focus on the beauty of the new era, the new life. How everyone is beautiful in their own way. That they don’t need to hold themselves up to outdated stereotypes of beauty.
They’d showcase a different kind of style in each section. And they will not shy away from any. Just name it and they’ll be including them. And there won’t be any barriers between the females, gers, and males.
They’d put in tips and facts about the style. Then include an interview from a person of a certain style about their experiences and real life situations they’ve gone through in relation to how they dressed.
They then hired magazine designers, to make sure that the Renaissance‘s layout would look neat and modern just as he had planned.
It wouldn’t take too long, Ian thinks, the people from Neutré have the necessary experience.
Then there were the article writers, editors, and others. That was the part he didn’t know much about.
He took a business course for college and he’s read through all the books and studies that Ian had his shelf filled in about fashion, but he never really had any connection to journalism before.
He will have to read up about it and leave his team in charge on it for now.
Next were the photoshooting staff. The photographers, the make up artists, the technical team and whoever else. He called up a few from Neutré after asking Aline for their contacts.
After all the hype and popularity of the rise of Renaissance, a lot of them were enthusiastic and willing to work with them.
Then the clothing designers and makeup artists were next. Many of them had also heard of the news and were waiting on the edge of their seats for a call or email.
And finally, all that was left were the models.
The author has something to say:
Ian: Need to study more d(ï¿£ ï¿£)
Duo’er: *gasp* Mommy has to study too? Let’s study together! (((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))♡
Ian ended up not getting any studying done after the little bun dragged him into helping with his homework
Full disclaimer… I have no idea how magazines work 🙃
Please forgive any weird stuff, pretend they make sense or something—
Thank you everyone for reading today’s chapter!
I’m sorry I haven’t been updating lately, I’ve been sick then catching up on schoolwork for a while.
