Transmigrated Into A Waste Who Married The Villain. Chapter 89: Let’s Get Married

A+ A-

Luo Jinxiao had never experienced such an embarrassing moment in her life; someone had been hiding in the water, watching her bathe.

In the bucket, Hua Xianrui sat soaking wet, droplets of crystal-clear water rolling down her long neck. She looked as delicate as a flower bud, and now that she was in the water, she resembled a beautiful lotus emerging from the pond.

Of course, Luo Jinxiao was oblivious to all of this; she could only hug herself, her face pale with fright.

Hua Xianrui blushed and giggled, playfully covering her face before deciding to get out of the bucket. Seeing this, Luo Jinxiao quickly stepped back and shouted for her to stop.

At that moment, the door burst open with a loud bang, and an aura of malevolence filled the room. A flash of red light appeared as Qu Weiyin instantly stood in front of Luo Jinxiao, gripping Hua Xianrui by the neck and lifting her effortlessly like a chick.

“Cough, cough, cough, help, help…” Hua Xianrui cried out, kicking her legs in panic.

Qu Weiyin nearly lost control of her killing intent; her knuckles were visibly tense, and the veins in her hands throbbed.

Seeing that things were getting serious, Luo Jinxiao hurriedly stepped forward to intervene but was abruptly pushed aside by Qu Weiyin, nearly toppling out of the window.

“Seeking death,” Qu Weiyin growled, and Hua Xianrui was terrified, letting out a high-pitched scream. In an instant, she transformed into a flutter of petals, slipping free from Qu Weiyin’s grasp and flying out of the window like a frightened moth, not daring to return.

Luo Jinxiao sighed in relief; it seemed Qu Weiyin hadn’t actually intended to kill her.

If she had truly harmed the demon king’s guest in a fit of anger, that would be utterly unacceptable.

Qu Weiyin’s anger hadn’t subsided yet. She suddenly turned to face Luo Jinxiao, advancing towards her with purposeful steps.

“I was fully clothed; she didn’t see anything,” Luo Jinxiao said, her voice pitiful.

Qu Weiyin closed the distance between them, suddenly reaching out to grasp the disheveled opening of Luo Jinxiao’s clothing, her voice ethereal, “How long has she been here?”

Luo Jinxiao bit her lip, thinking it over before answering honestly, “Um… not long.”

“She didn’t see anything?” Qu Weiyin pressed.

“No, she didn’t!” Luo Jinxiao shook her head vigorously.

Qu Weiyin suddenly yanked Luo Jinxiao into the room, causing Luo Jinxiao to stumble and crash against the wall beside the bed. With the force of their commotion, the tree trunk beneath the tree house swayed for a few moments.

Startled, Luo Jinxiao patted her chest, thinking to herself that this Qu Weiyin, after entering the demon path, had indeed become, to a slight degree, a bit more volatile.

“I don’t want you to be seen by others,” Qu Weiyin suddenly said, her eyes growing even redder, the sanguine tint around her eyes more pronounced, leaving Luo Jinxiao unsure whether it was due to anger, or the reflection of her own blood-red irises.

“If anyone sees your body, I’ll gouge their eyes out.”

“No, no, no, no one can see. Just calm down, calm down,” Luo Jinxiao quickly reassured her, gently stroking her chest to ease her.

As the redness in Qu Weiyin’s eyes faded slightly, she looked up at Luo Jinxiao for a moment before suddenly extending her neck and leaning in closer, brushing her red lips against Luo Jinxiao’s.

The soft touch felt like freshly picked cotton, sending Luo Jinxiao’s head spinning. In an instant, she forgot to breathe, and only after Qu Weiyin pulled away did she exhale a fragrant sigh.

“I regret it; I don’t want you to find someone else,” Qu Weiyin said, shaking her head. Her expression turned somewhat sorrowful, and her shimmering watery eyes trembled as she scrutinized Luo Jinxiao’s features.

“You are mine; you’ve always been mine. If I were the current me, I would never call off the engagement.”

“And I don’t want to shatter your spirit stone; I want you to be my disciple, fully and completely mine,” Qu Weiyin spoke, her gaze dropping as if she felt an immense dejection.

Qu Weiyin had never been someone to regret her decisions unless it involved Luo Jinxiao.

Feeling the weight of the situation, Luo Jinxiao set aside her playful demeanor. With a gentle sigh of affection, she lifted Qu Weiyin’s chin with four fingers, urging her to meet her gaze.

“It doesn’t matter whether you regret it or not; I will never be with anyone else,” she declared earnestly, shaking her head.

Qu Weiyin felt her demonic energy dissipate. Taking a step forward, she leaned her soft body into Luo Jinxiao’s arms, inhaling her intoxicating fragrance.

Savoring the moment, she realized that she had watched Luo Jinxiao grow, and now she was entirely and completely wrapped up in her embrace.

There was no escaping it.

Who could resist such an enchanting Qu Weiyin? Luo Jinxiao’s mind burned with heat as she tightly embraced the slender, delicate shoulders of the woman before her. They held each other, sharing a gentle kiss.

The sweetness enveloped both of them, and Luo Jinxiao, emboldened, gradually deepened the kiss. Qu Weiyin responded with equal daring, while outside the window, the sun shone brightly and the fragrance of flowers filled the air, creating a scene that harmonized beautifully with the lovely scents wafting from within the room.

After a lingering separation, Qu Weiyin’s eyes glistened with tears as she breathed softly, reaching out to intertwine her fingers with Luo Jinxiao’s. But unexpectedly, Luo Jinxiao turned her hand behind her back and leaned slightly away.

“Hey,” Qu Weiyin said softly, her lips looking ripe like freshly picked berries, glistening and inviting, causing a fluttering sensation in Luo Jinxiao’s heart.

Luo Jinxiao’s breathing quickened as well, unable to hide her smile. Bending down, she buried her face in Qu Weiyin’s neck and softly murmured, “Master Uncle.”

“Don’t call me that,” Qu Weiyin replied shyly, feeling a wave of embarrassment wash over her. Using such a formal address at this moment felt so strange, making her cheeks flush hot.

“Then how should I call you?” Luo Jinxiao asked with a serious tone.

“You’re being deliberate,” Qu Weiyin said with a frown.

Luo Jinxiao lowered her head with a laugh, completely enamored by this side of Qu Weiyin.

Suddenly, a voice shouted from downstairs, “Dear guests, it’s time for your meal!”

Qu Weiyin shot an irritated look out the window but refrained from voicing her frustration.

Luo Jinxiao felt equally exasperated. Upon hearing the call, she reluctantly released her grip, and Qu Weiyin adjusted her clothes, not forgetting to wipe the sweat from her brow, albeit rather roughly.

With that, she strode out the door.

Luo Jinxiao scratched her head, quickly following after her.

In truth, the two of them had long since entered fasting, but they couldn’t refuse the offer. They sat around a square table, fostering a sense of hospitality, enjoying the bounties of the Demon Realm, which consisted of vegetarian dishes and fruit. The atmosphere was filled with melodies and laughter.

The little demons, carefree and happy, had no worries in their daily lives. They played joyfully, without conflict, and each small demon exuded happiness.

As they ate, some began to dance. Even though it was daytime, bonfires were lit, and several beautiful flower demons hopped onto the table, singing and dancing. While watching them, Luo Jinxiao discreetly took Qu Weiyin’s hand.

Qu Weiyin turned around, suddenly breaking into a radiant smile that nearly mesmerized Luo Jinxiao.

A few flower demons approached them, inviting them to join in the dance. Initially hesitant, Luo Jinxiao was taken aback when Qu Weiyin readily agreed, gracefully stepping onto the long table.

With a wink towards Luo Jinxiao, her thick eyelashes fluttered, a mix of charm and innocence sparkling in her eyes. Her vibrant red skirt flowed with her movements, fluttering like flower petals, swirling beautifully in the air.

She danced freely in this space, liberated from all constraints. She was like a butterfly, yet harder than a butterfly, like an eagle but tantalizingly beautiful.

Qu Weiyin was that kind of person; even a simple twirl exuded a myriad of enchanting styles.

Luo Jinxiao watched silently, taking in the graceful curvature of every fingertip while inwardly praying for time to pause at this moment.

They spent a full thirty days in the Demon Realm. The trees grew increasingly lush, the sun became hotter, and the air turned thick and humid. The rabbit demons retreated into their burrows, reluctant to come out.

Luo Jinxiao could clearly sense that it was much hotter here than in Wuhui Sect during summer.

These days in the Demon Realm were unforgettable to Luo Jinxiao. The one she loved was by her side, and each morning, she could open the door to see her—time flowed like a gentle stream, trickling slowly and softly.

Thus, she cherished this time immensely, gathering a large red hibiscus each day to place in front of Qu Weiyin’s window.

However, as the days passed in the demon path, she also felt Qu Weiyin growing increasingly anxious.

Eventually, Qu Weiyin almost daily ventured deep into the mountains, looking towards Tianshan, but this year, the Clear Pool that would typically gather early was silent and still, regardless of her efforts.

Hua Xianrui cautiously shared that for some unknown reason, the spiritual energy in the mountains had decreased, and even the water had significantly lessened. It was possible that the Clear Pool might never appear again.

When Qu Weiyin learned the news, she maintained a calm demeanor. However, Luo Jinxiao witnessed her sitting alone at the foot of the mountain for a long time, eventually covered in dew.

Luo Jinxiao felt a pang of sadness for her but was powerless to help.

Another ten days passed, and finally, on a drizzly morning, Qu Weiyin knocked on Luo Jinxiao’s room door, softly saying, “Jinxiao, let’s go home.”

She turned to glance at the corner of Tianshan that peeked through the clouds and laughed self-deprecatingly, “Perhaps this is fate.”

“I want to return to Wuhui Sect,” she said gently, her back turned to the rain that pattered on the grass.

Luo Jinxiao was momentarily stunned before breaking into a radiant smile, her gaze filled with affection. “Let’s get married.”

Qu Weiyin hadn’t expected such boldness, her pupils narrowed in surprise as she held her breath. After a long pause, she managed to say, “What are you joking about?”

Luo Jinxiao shook her head emphatically. “In a time like this, how could I be joking?”

During these days, she had seen Qu Weiyin’s anxiety and sorrow, struggling to find a way to bring her joy. The only solution she could think of was this one.

It was a naïve idea that wouldn’t solve the underlying problems but was incredibly effective.

Qu Weiyin’s lips began to tremble uncontrollably. She abruptly grasped Luo Jinxiao’s hand, her voice rasping slightly, “Do you really want to marry me? To bow before heaven and earth and hold a wedding?”

Luo Jinxiao nodded firmly.

Qu Weiyin’s expression shifted between tears and laughter, and she suddenly turned to face the torrential rain that had begun to pour down harder, covering her mouth and nose with her hand.

Her shoulders shook violently, making it clear that she was sobbing.

Luo Jinxiao felt a tightness in her heart and stepped forward to stand behind her.

“What if in the future…”

“There’s no if! Why think so much? Life is short; seize joy while you can,” Luo Jinxiao interjected, gazing intently at Qu Weiyin. “Even if there were a possibility, if we properly bow before heaven and earth, it will be easy for me to win you back from anyone else.”

“Qu Weiyin, let’s get married,” she said, taking a deep breath to hide her nervousness and speaking earnestly.

Qu Weiyin sniffled, and when she turned back around, only the tip of her nose was slightly red. Despite her efforts to contain herself, happiness radiated from her, and the mark on her forehead glimmered even more brightly.

“Then we need to prepare a marriage gift,” Qu Weiyin bit her lip and said. She tapped her smooth, clear fingernails against her face before removing a tiny jade pendant from her neck and handing it to Luo Jinxiao.

“This was left to me by my mother,” she whispered.

Luo Jinxiao carefully accepted it. As she fumbled in her pocket, she suddenly realized that in comparison to Qu Weiyin, she was practically broke.

But she couldn’t just grab any random item and give it as a gift; that would come off as too dismissive.

Feeling flustered, Luo Jinxiao suddenly had a clever idea. She dug into her pouch and pulled out the still-sleeping Qiongqi, holding it up laboriously in front of Qu Weiyin, stammering, “Uh, um, how about this?”
