After they finished enjoying the sunset and entered the house, they immediately prepared some equipment that they had to bring because they would go to Clark’s mother’s house first and leave the next day. They finally arrived in Smallville and surprised his mother because they came suddenly.
“Clark!!!” shouted Martha who was awakened by the sound of the Quinjet.
“Is that your mother, Clark?” Steve was shocked as he looked towards the second floor of Clark’s house.
“Yeah, I think we woke my mother. Hi Mom” Clark greeted his mother who appeared in the bedroom window. They laughed because they were embarrassed to have woken up Clark’s mother.
Martha opened the door to the house so Clark and Steve could enter. Martha also made warm soup and hot tea for them because the air outside was very cold.
“What are you doing here, it’s so late?” asked Martha with confused face.
“Actually, tomorrow we will both go hiking because Clark seems want to go hiking” Steve explained briefly to Martha.
“UGH. Ok then, I want to continue my sleep which you disturbed me. Finish the soup and don’t forget to wash the bowl when you’re finished and get some rest” Martha was walking towards the stairs.
“We’re sorry, mom” Clark smiled at Steve.
They could only laugh at themselves at their behavior of disturbing Clark’s mother’s sleep because of Clark’s desire to go hiking and they talking and laugh again and then they went to rest and woke up very early to prepare for their hiking needs. However, Martha was shocked again by their behavior.
“What are you doing in my kitchen this early in the morning?” Martha was surprised by Clark and Steve who were already in the kitchen.
“Because last night we woke you up, we really sorry by the way. so we took the initiative to make you breakfast and we also prepared our supplies for hiking” Clark frowned.
“Hmmmm…..You guys are very sweet and thank you. But don’t forget to wash the equipment, okay?” Martha went back upstairs to clean herself first.
“OMG…I love this man so much” in Steve’s heart while shaking the eggs in a bowl and smiling at Clark.
Long story short, they are ready to go hiking, they remember the first time they went hiking when they were just ordinary friends and now they have become lifelong partners and Clark is also pregnant with their child. On their way they decided to go to the lake first. The Lake that they had visited at that time and they swam there.
“Do you remember. In this Lake, you kissed me, Captain?” Clark smiled and seduced Steve.
“I remember it and in here you asked me to marry you. This lake has been a witness to our love and now we are here again with you being pregnant ” Steve hugged Clark from behind. They felt very happy to be able to return to the lake.
After having fun at the lake, they continued their journey up the mountain, it didn’t take long for them to get to the top of the mountain. They then set up a tent where they could sleep.
“Thank you for following my wishes, Captain, I love you So much” Clark said while he smiling at Steve who is rubbing Clark’s Belly.
“I love you too and That’s my obligation. Whatever you want while I can, I’ll do what you want to” Steve smiled back at Clark with love.
“You such a good Husband. Oh yeah By the way, Since we found out that we are going to have a baby boy. Maybe it’s time we should talk about his names. What name do you think is suitable for our baby?” Clark looked at Steve with a raised eyebrow.
