The divorce of the female lead had little impact on Dai Shiyuan.

She continued to attend classes and work normally, returning home after 10 o’clock each day. However, the female lead had not shown up in their English class all week, with the substitute teacher, Zuo Fan, taking her place.

Dai Shiyuan had wanted to ask about the progress of the divorce, but the female lead had been coming and going early and late these days, and they had barely spoken.

“No,” Shan Yaxin smiled, seeming carefree but also determined as she stared at Dai Shiyuan for a few seconds. “The house provided by my school has been renovated, and I’ll be moving in a few days. Xiaoyuan, you need to take care of yourself from now on.”

Hearing this, Dai Shiyuan’s heart tightened, and she subconsciously wanted to hold her back, but she stopped herself and nodded with a meek smile.

To avoid making any more mistakes, she worked harder and more carefully than usual.

Time flew by quickly when she was busy, and Dai Shiyuan temporarily forgot about her worries. Before she knew it, it was time to go home.

Dai Shiyuan let out a deep breath, her mood that had been depressed all day suddenly cleared up in this moment.

Although she didn’t know if keeping the female lead was the right choice, at least she was happy now.
