Kalluto hovered behind a fallen barstool, attention focused on Mr Compress, who was tied in bindings made of wood on the floor. He heard Shigiraki begin to get agitated, fidgeting. “Where is the boy?” Shigiraki let out an unhinged laugh. “I believe you’re mistaken.” Shigiraki rasped. “I happen to have an ace up my sleeve you don’t know about.” He growled. Kalluto froze, realizing what he was talking about. No, this’ll ruin my plan! He gritted his teeth before slowly opening his fan. “The nomu?” Allmight said, with a taunting grin. “We already have them taken care of.” There was a beat of silence, then a chuckle.

“Kalluto, I’ll pay you double your week’s salary for each of these pathetic heroes you kill. Now get out here and do your job.”

Kalluto slowly stood up from behind the barstool, fan at the ready. I can’t let them know I’m not on their side. Not until I can get close enough to steal Gon back. As soon as he came into view, the pros hesitated. Allmight’s eyes in particular widened in shock, then anger. “Double, you say?” Kalluto let a sinister grin spread across his lips. “And what about…the symbol of peace?” Shigiraki’s eyes squinted in delight. “I’ll pay you tenfold.” Kalluto took a step closer to Allmight, a look of betrayal across the symbol of peace’s face. “Kalluto, I thought you were better than this.” He said gravely, obviously hesitating at the thought of fighting a child.

Before Kalluto could do anything though, some sort of liquid-smoke began appearing, surrounding him, filling his mask and suffocating him. His vision was obscured, then he felt a moment of weightlessness. All at once, he was dropped on the hard concrete, left to cough aggressively. What was that? I barely had time to move. That wasn’t the quirk of anyone standing in the room with us… He had to remove his mask for a moment to expel all of the gross liquid, before replacing it and taking in his surroundings. The entire league had been transported somewhere else entirely. A man Kalluto had never seen before was standing, hands folded behind his back as he stared at three felled pro heroes. What the hell? Who is this guy?

The man angled his head to look down at Kalluto, face unreadable due to the mask he wore. “Tell me child. Do you really think you are capale enough to defeat Allmight?” Kalluto swallowed hard, forcing himself to be focused on his objective. “Of course, Master.” This must be the master Shigigraki is always talking about. He’s definitely a lot less pathetic than the rest of the league. He’s the one with the actual power. “My apologies for interrupting your work. But you are mistaken. Allmight, is Shigiraki’s target. And his alone.” Kalluto dipped his head, part of him grateful he wouldn’t have to kill him. Big brother would be pretty upset. “Understood.”

Kalluto made his way back over to Mr. Compress as subtly as he could manage. The man glanced at him with a hum. “You seem to hover around me. Why is that?” Kalluto gave him a dry look. “You’re not a combat type. But you’re useful. Would you rather me left you to die?” Kalluto sensed someone approaching and braced himself, activating protective Ren. Mere seconds later, Allmight and the master clashed, the wind from the exchange of blows driving everyone near to their knees at the very least. Kalluto focused all his attention on Mr. Compress, the time was almost here. So close…

Allmight prepared to strike again, and the master retaliated. As soon as the hit struck, Kalluto feigned getting blown back by the wind. Mr. Compress was similarly driven to his knees, and Kalluto took the opprotunity to snag the marble from his bocket, shoving it into one of the folds of his kimono. He resumed his place in front of Mr. Compress as if to protect him, keeping his expression level. I did it! He thought. It would be a mistake to let them know I’ve deceived them while the master is still here. He has so much power….he might be the most powerful quirk user ever. Kalluto realized, as he watched him engage in combat with Allmight.

“WHERE IS HE, ALL FOR ONE?”

The rest of the league muttered to themselves. Some backing away, others simply watching the fight. There also seemed to be other pro heros hovering around the battle, but they didn’t dare to get close. Then I guess I’ll just have to go to them. Kalluto deactivated his Zetsu, quickly appearing behind one of the pros. He didn’t know that ones name, but he was some shorter old man who was a retired pro hero. Kalluto moved slow purposefully, giving the illusion he was attempting to be sneaky. The old man’s head whipped around, narrowing as Kalluto lifted his fan as if to attack. In a few moments he was hit with a kick to the back of the head, causing Kalluto to wince. That actually hurt, the old man has more strength then I realized.

Kalluto was aggressively pinned down in an instant, face shoved into the concrete. Reaching a hand out for his fan only for a foot to stomp down hard on it to make it look like he at least made an effort. “Get off me you old bag of bones!” Kalluto shouted loudly, for extra measure. “And you thought you could take down Allmight with that strength? You’re so naive, boy.” The man said gruffly. I could probably if I wanted to, but thats besides the point. Kalluto was surrounded by strange men in soldier esque uniforms in moments. One of them dragged him up roughly by the arm. “Escort him to the police station. Don’t take your eye off the boy, he’s dangerous.”

Kalluto was about to snap at the old man when suddenly Gon appeared, Mr. Compress’s quirk having worn off. Gon let out a yelp as they both toppled backwards onto the floor, the nenless moron landing on his legs. The old pro hero froze, eyes widening in shock as Gon slowly sat up.

“Gon?”
