Izuku blinked tired late as he opened his eyes; after the whole event, he had been knocked out, and he was hoping this whole thing was a dream, but nothing was ever somebody hoped it would be. He tried to move his arms and then his legs, but he found that he couldn’t. He was tied to a folding chair. Great, he had gone and gotten himself in trouble because he was trying to do something independently without help. Now that he thinks about it, it probably wasn’t the best idea to go to people’s houses to deliver these items.
Izuku became alert as he heard footsteps, and he looked up to see Shigaraki again. The green-haired boy narrowed his eyes slightly as he looked at the villain in front of him. ” what do you want? I’m not a hero or anything… it’s not like I can defeat you…so you should let me go,” he says as he looks at them. A small chuckle escaped the crusty man’s lips, and Izuku took a deep breath. He wasn’t being taken seriously. And in all honesty, he couldn’t even get away by himself at this point. His stupid legs…all of that work that went into those new braces were gone…it took months…no years to get those ones right. He felt as useless as he did back in middle school.
“You might not be a hero, but you can still be quite helpful to us. Your parents are heroes, so are your friends and your sibling. We don’t need a real hero to get what we want. In addition, looking through all your history and everything about you, there’s no reason you should like heroes. So I will admit I’m pretty curious on why you decided to still apply to the school, ” Shigaraki says as he looks at Izuku. ” And you’re going to be a TV star in a little bit, or kind of at least. All your friends and your parents are going to go to see you on the big screen. Didn’t you used to watch heroes on TV? Now it’s going to be your debut,” he says as he walks behind Izuku and he places his hands on his shoulders. His fifth fingers hovering above his shirt.
“I never wanted to be an actor,” Izuku barked back, and he looked ahead of him, seeing screens. They were going to go on a video call. “Are you gonna kill me when I go on screen?” He asks, and he hears the other click his tongue.
“I asked you a question first, and I? I’ll answer your question after you answer mine,” he says, and Izuku sighed.
“I know I can never be a hero and I’m not one. Heroes have to have amazing abilities that can save people when normal people like me cannot. I had two things going against me, the first being my legs and the second being my lack of a quirk. I could have a quirk; I would’ve been a hero. I just wanted to help people in any way I could, but I’m smart, and being smart enough it’s helpful to me because then I can be a hero for the heroes. I can create some things that will help the defeat people like you. Because people like you were the ones that make me sick,” he says with a slight glare.
” I see, Well you didn’t always not have a quirk. I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree,” he says. Izuku wanted to ask what he meant, but the man continued, “No, I don’t think I’ll kill you yet. Here is useless to me as a Deflated balloon is to a child. No fun. But you are going to be one of my NPC’s for this whole adventure. I want to test your little classmates of yours. And you’re going to be bate. Whether you live or die is completely up to the people you put so much trust in,” he says
” wait, what do you mean…I’m quirkless,” he says, and Shigaraki laughed a bit as he hummed.
“do you know how some people have court marriages that allow their children to have stronger quirks, or at least the desired ones. ?ell, there’s the opposite of that; it’s actually quite common but, the media made it to be so; it was just a small deformity with the pinky toe. Most people who have this done end up dying so young because of this. It’s not that you never had one because you truly did possess a strong one. But your dear old mother sold the quirk to our master in order to keep you alive. Of course, there were some complications, and you really shouldn’t be alive right now either way.” He says
” That makes no sense, my mother died, and I was put into an orphanage before I got…” he murmurs ” adopted,” he says, “I went to speak to my father… He knew about this; do other people know about this?” He asked, and Shigaraki’s smile grew.
” I don’t know about everyone, but your sweet adoptive fathers most likely would…ah…its time for our big show,” he says as he gagged izuku with a cloth. Just then, a screen clicked on ” smile- Izuku Midoriya.”

Cameras all around the city turned on; there sat a boy with messy green hair and a bloody nose tied up and gagged in a dark room. A voice rang out and said, ” Our little heroes are growing up so fast… so we have a little game for the students of 1-A. Find your little friend in the span of twenty-four hours, or the only thing left will be a pile of dust for you to keep in a jar- don’t cheat ” And then every screen went out…japan was going through a blackout
