Gill house was decorated beautifully and why?
Because today Abhishek sharma and shubman gill are gonna get engaged.
Yes, It’s their engagement today.
And the most happiest among them are gill parents.
Mrs gill:- beta, they have arrived. Let’s go downstair now.
Shub:- okk ,ma.
Mrs gill came down while shub came with his cousins and friends beside him.
Mr gill:- shubi beta, he is rohit sharma, abhi’s elder brother and he is virat kholi sharma, rohit’s husband.
Abhi:- they are my only family too.
Shub smiled at them as he touched their feet taking their blessing.
Virat:- your smile is so cute.( pinched Shub’s cheeks)
Rohit:- I think we should move ahead now.
They nodded as they walked near the worship place.
As before the engagement ceremony, there was a small puja so first shub sat near the hawan with his parents beside him as the puja continued.
When it finally came to end shub stood up as mrs gill took him beside abhi who passed a smile to shub.
Mr gill:- now exchange the rings son.
A little girl came with a beautiful basket in which the rig box was kept with flower petals around it.
Shub:- (softly )thank you angel.
The little girl giggle and forwarded the basket.
Sara:- I will take care of it now. Go and play cutie.
The little girl immediately ran from there as she joined her friends.
Sara first gave a ring to shub who softly slide it on abhi’s heart finger.
Aryan:- not this soon. First promise us that you will take care of our shub.
Abhi:- surely I will.
Aryan:- won’t ever make him cry?
Abhi:- life is unexpected so is situation but I will always respect and support him.
Aditi:- offoo, aryan.If you are this much tensed about him then why don’t you marry him?
Aryan:- chiiii….i can’t handle him, he is too much moody…….( saw everyone staring at him) I mean he is too much good for a careless idiot like me.hehehe…. Come on exchange the ring guyss.
Abhi chuckled at aryan as he finally made shub wear his ring.
People clapped and shouted happily as finally the couple is engaged now.
Abhi:- I promise, I will take care of you like a husband should. (Whispered to shub)
Shub smiled shyly as he looked down.
Sara:- Aww, look who is blushing? (Teased shub)
Aryan:- your cheeks must be burning shub, want me to bring icepack?
Aditi:- no aryan, I will it be fine if abhi jiju caress his cheeks. What say shub?
Shub looked at his mother with his puppy eyes who immediately came to rescue her son.
Mrs gill:- okk, now stop bothering my son. Look how red his face became.
Shub pouted releasing that now even his mother is teasing him.
And that’s how their engagement night went.
But promises are meant to be broken.
If not then what about that strom that is soon gonna flip Shub’s all happiness into tears.
