 “You’re going to New York?”, Jimin asked while holding a glass of wine.
Taehyung and his friends are hanging out in Jimin’s home while drinking wine.
“Yeah, I have some business to do there”, Taehyung replied before he sipped on his wine glass.
“You’ll just find someone to fuck there”, Jungkook chuckled.
“I will if my soon to be fiance is not looking like a snack”, Taehyung smirked.’
“What fiance?”,Namjoon asked, spitting his drink out of his mouth.
“Yeah, fiance. My parents said we will have a meeting with my fiance. You know, arranged marriage”
“I hope she’s ugly”, Jimin teased him.
“She’s a boy”
“Finally! Our Taehyungie getting some ass?”, Namjoon joined Jimin.
“What the hell? It’s not like I haven’t tasted an ass before”, Taehyung replied with a smug face.
“I just hope he has a great personality”, Jungkook smiled and raised his wine glass.
“And thick”, Jimin raised his glass as well.
“And Kinky in bed”, Namjoon winked at Taehyung that made him chuckle, they all raised their wine glass and drank.
They enjoyed the night talking about themselves. They slept in Jimin’s and went to their routine the next day. Taehyung’s friends are a little concerned for him since they knew about Yoongi. They know that he is serious about him but, since the day Yoongi went back from the accident he accidentally caused, he distanced himself from Yoongi. Taehyung sees himself as a threat to Yoongi.
He tried to forget about Yoongi but he can’t ignore Yoongi, he is still watching him from his peripheral vision. He’d still notice the small boy who makes his heart quicken. He always walked past their classroom to check if Yoongi was there and he wasn’t able to see him past a few days that makes him curious of what happened to Yoongi.
He is still thinking about Yoongi’s disappearance, he took that thought even in a plane that will take him to his fiance. He was actually opposed to being engaged to someone that wasn’t Yoongi but, maybe this is the final chance for him to forget about Yoongi.
Taehyung’s PoV
My family and I flew to New York. Tonight’s the night where I am meeting my fiance. I wore a simple tux that made me look stunning. I fixed my long hair and put on some perfume.
“Taehyung, we’ll be leaving in a minute”, My mom told me.
“Yes, mother”, I checked myself in the mirror one last time and buttoned my sleeves.
“You look good, young man”, My father complimented me.
“What’s new?”, I raised my brow. My father chuckled.
“I hope your fiance will like you”, my mother smiled. Who wouldn’t like me?
We drove with the limo to reach our destination. We reached a 5 star hotel here in New York. We walked ourselves inside to the restaurant inside the hotel.
“Reservation for?”, The staff asked.
“Kim Seo”,My father answered.
The staff smiled and led us to our table. As we approached the table a figure began to appear, sitting quietly while waiting for our appearance. I was shocked at the beauty in front of me, looking directly in my eyes. I was stunned, he was wearing a black suit neatly, hair fixed and some makeup on. This is the first time I saw him looking like this. His skin is glowing underneath the lights, his black suit making his pale skin more paler and damn his lips are puckered perfectly.
“Sorry for waiting Mr. Min”, My mom greeted my one and only dream. My angel, my love, My Yoongi.
Third Person’s PoV
Taehyung was just looking at him the whole dinner, he can’t believe it was real. He still was a bit skeptical, what if he is just dreaming? He was just quiet and attentively watching Yoongi while Yoongi was conversing with her parents. He was dazed so he wasn’t really listening to them. He can’t help but to think that this was all a dream because Yoongi is smiling, eyes are twinkling and his adorable laughs he is giving while talking with Taehyung’s parents.
The dinner finished and the night still young, the Married couple leave them alone by themselves hoping to learn something about each other.
“We will be leaving you two here.”, Mr.Kim said.
“I enjoy the diner with you dear. I hope we do this again soon”, Mrs.Kim told Yoongi.
“Of course, Mrs.Kim”, Yoongi replied with a smile.
“What’s with the formality? Just call us Mom and Dad”, Mrs.Kim winked at him causing him to blush and he just nodded at her.
The couple left.
“So?”, Yoongi started since Taehyyung seems to doesn’t have a plan to talk.
“This is so awkward right? And unexpected?”, Yoongi said in a monotone turning to his usual self.
“Unexpected indeed”, Taehyung replied.
They both just looked at each other waiting for each other to say something.
“Wanna get out of here?”, Taehyung asked him and Yoongi just nodded, Thankful that he thought of that.
They both left the hotel as they walked on the streets having a late night walk.
“Where’s your parents?”,Taehyung asked curiously because he hadn’t seen Yoongi’s parents once, even at the hospital.
“They’re dead”, Yoongi simply said without any expression.
“Sorry”, Taehyung said.
“It’s okay”,Yoongi told him and they were silent for a while.
“Want to meet them?”, Yoongi asked him out of the blue.
“You aren’t going to kill me, are you?”, Taehyung nervously asked.
“No, dummy. I am asking you to come to my house here in New York and let you meet their grave”
“Oh”, Taehyung
“You don’t want to?
“Of course, I wanted to”, Taehyung replied excitedly and pulled Yoongi in the taxi.
