Train’s pov:
(Just in case you’re confused)
“Get the hell up! You have training today!” Chaos screams in my ear.
“Okay, okay.” I wince as the bright light blinds me for a second.
After I get dressed and get breakfast, I am directed outside to meet (I don’t know if I gave the prince a name, so I’m about to) Killer to start my training. He makes me call him by his first name because he hates formality.
Anyhow, right now I’m running twenty-three miles then doing one thousand push-ups, three thousand sit-ups, and two thousand crunches. Then I’m moving on to the water where I’ll work my arms, legs, and abs a million times. Literally. After that, I eat lunch.
Now, I’m learning how to fight in both my human form and wolf form. As I was told in the beginning, once I master that, I’ll learn how to use weapons. As of now, I can barely move my muscles, and I have four more days of this. Then I’ll have two days off, but after that, I’ll have to do it all over again. I can already tell this is going to be hard, but I’ll do anything to get back at my family and prove I’m not worthless.
But I think I may be getting something out of being here and maybe, just maybe, I’ll have a family who cares. If I’m right, then who am I to prove to the people who don’t even care about me wrong when I have people who love me right where I am? Now tell me. Who in their right mind will give that up?
