Chapter 31: The Wolf

    It was dark and there was a chill all around.

    He took a deep breath, trying to keep his trembling voice as steady as possible.

    “They are the blue wolves on the Mondell Mountain, the most powerful predators known so far. With your current strength, let alone Beiwo, even that girl is difficult to deal with.”

    After a pause, he said again. “There are Cang Jie’s wife and children here. Now is not the time for you to battle with them. Your goal is to help them from reaching a safe shelter, understand?”

    Beiwo’s body was retracted and saw three ordinary humans beside him.

    He gradually ran away under the escort of Lin Xi and finally disappeared at the end of the ruins.

    Lin Xi gasped, he raised the phoenix fire, aimed at him.

    Beiwo glanced at the gun and smiled softly.

    He didn’t feel scared at all.

    “Humans have existed for five million years but they have always been in a constant cycle of suspicion, jealousy, and war. Not even the archaea can save their despicable humanity and not even the Tinder plan can save them.”

    Beiwo’s eyes were flashing, his voice carried Gu Cheng’s gentleness and slowly held the muzzle, he softly: “Lin Xi, you didn’t understand why you survived in the Tinder plan before, but looking at you now, you don’t seem to understand yet?”

    “…” Lin Xi’s hand with the gun trembled again.

     The experiment called Tinder Project eventually achieved a major breakthrough in the history of human evolution.

   They brought the child to the laboratory and taught him human knowledge, human technology, and human inheritance.    

    They also gave him a name.

    Lin Xi.
