Sihan looks at the door as the bell rings, he feels a heavy energy luring over the two who just enter, this is the first time he sees Nathaniel looking so defeated.

Sihan smiled welcoming his son, Nathaniel didn’t say anything just walking away. Sihan is confused, what just happened?

“Nathaniel?” Sihan calls forth.

“I won’t come back, so you can throw away my number.” He said.

“What do you mean? I don’t understand?”

“I won’t interfere in your lives… anymore.” He didn’t look back.

He knows if he looks back, he’ll only change his mind. After all, he loved Noah but he loved him enough to respect his wishes and protect him.

Sihan is confused, “what do you mean? I don’t get it.”

Sihan looks at Noah, who is looking at Nathaniel’s back. He didn’t say anything more, just opening the door, and with the sound of the bell he was gone.

Noah smiles now he and his mother can be safe, no more Scum gong… he should have said this long ago!

Sihan looks at Noah, “Noah, did something happen between you and Mr. Laurier?”

“He’ll leave us alone Mom, don’t you worry…”

Sihan’s heart sinks, What does he mean by that? He holds Noah’s shoulder gently.

“What did you say?”

“What I always wanted to say, I don’t want him around?” Noah said, pulling away.

Sihan bit his lips, he is worried but he hopes What Noah says is true. Cause it would be bad if Nathaniel is angered.

The next day at school, Noah is talking to Ashton. Who offers him a balanced diet, Noah looks at him who is frowning.

“Are you okay?”

“What do you mean?” Ashton asks.

“Usually you come with some unhealthy stuff, but look at this?” Noah said, looking at the dish.

The last he saw Ashton with a healthy meal was three years ago otherwise he comes with basically junk food.

Ashton blush a bit as he fidgets, “I-I think I might take up cooking lessons… um, you like people who cook?”

Noah tilts his head, “of course! My mom is the best cook!” Noah praised.

“o-okay… I work hard.” Ashton whispers under his breath.

Noah didn’t hear what he said, Ashton looked around. “Ariannae didn’t come to school today?”

“no, not today at least,” Noah said.

“I guess even he misses school sometimes,” Ashton said.

“He misses school quite a lot actually, there are times when he is just at the hospital,” Noah said, biting his inner lip.

“Does it not concern you?” Ashton asked. “After all, Ariannae seems like the type to keep a lot of secrets… like my mom.” Ashton’s tone was low but cold as well.

Noah feels awkward. Ashton hasn’t talked about his mom for a long time, so he wonders. But he brushes it aside.

After lunch they both went to their classes, and then after school dismissed they went to football practice. Noah looks around and notices the twins aren’t here, because Alexis is only a year below him so usually they have joined practice, but he isn’t here today.

He looks over to one of his classmates, “Hey, where is Alexis?”

“Oh, he didn’t come to school today, Noah is doing extra lessons so he can’t be here.”

Noah nods, “Okay, I see.”

Noah soon focused on practice after practice, Sihan came to pick him up carrying him. “How is school today?”

“It’s good,”

Sihan is still confused, Nathaniel didn’t call or text him. If anything he is avoiding him, what happened on that trip?

“Noah, can you tell me what happened on that trip?” He asks worriedly.

“Nothing, you don’t have to worry.”

Sihan is concerned, he doesn’t want to be left in the dark. But Noah won’t tell him.

Ariannae has his pet Riley in his arms, he feels super droopy and sluggish. He sniffles, where is Sofia? He is Slowly walking down the stairs.

“Who Is this?” Sofia asks, coldly.

“His name is Francy Frits,”

Sofia takes a good look at the boy, slightly curly light brunette hair, and aqua green Eyes that stare A bit confused at her. Sofia Feels displeasure looking at this child who seems To be the same age as her eldest son, but most of all the child’s face looks familiar.

She slowly moves her hand from her shoulder then points at the child. “Frits? As in Leonard Frits.”

Sofia’s heart sinks, anyone, anyone but Frits. “He had a kid?”

“Yes, he’ll be staying with us.”

“Why? Can’t Frits do it?”

Josh went silent for a moment looking at the child rubbing His shoulder. “No… He can’t… he is not of this world.”

Sofia is hurt by the pain written all over his face, can he not show That expression for her?

She is angry, but she is calm. “can’t you live with someone else, relative maybe?”

“No, his grandmother… Is not a fit for a guardian.”

She scoffs, “And you are? You aren’t here For your children? Why are you going out of your way For this kid anyway?”

Josh takes a long pause looking at him then looks at her, “Sofia, he is my son.”

She was speechless, “how? Frits would rather die Than fuck the likes of you? How did you get him to?”

“Sofia,  not in front of the child,”

“No! I’m the only one who is supposed to be the mother of your children, no matter how you fuck around I had something they’d bever have! Why?! Why Josh?” she snarled.

“Because you and I just Happened, I now just learned of my son so He’ll be living with us,” Josh said.

“No! No!” She yells this was the last straw, this broke the camels. “over my dead body! I will not put up with some strangers, kid!!” She yells.

She is hurriedly walking away which in turn he rushes after, “Well I put up with Julio!”

His body froze, “what?”

Josh froze seeing a shocked face Ariannae standing At the end of the stairs.
