Kalos King- Pokemon Xyz X Male Reader “Meeting at Terminus Cave!”- 36

Hey! Sorry I didn’t write last week, I have exams coming up and I needed the revision time, but I’m using this as some creative writing revision time lol! Hope you enjoy the chapter.

Reader POV.

On our way to Snowbell City, we had decided to take a detour to visit the world renown, Terminus Cave. It was famous for the pokemon that inhabited it; it used to be filled with tons of miners working 24/7 gathering resources before it was shut down.

“Look at all of the pokemon Panpour!” I told my panpour, it looked at all of the different species within the cave. From Shuckle to Ariados, it  was amazing.

As we advanced into the cave, Squishy became more restless and even jumped out of the pouch I sewed in Bonnie’s bag for it.  The group went further and further into the cave.

After a while of walking, squeezing through tight spaces, and god awful smells. We arrived to a large aquifer. This underground cave gave me such peace, so it did with squishy too. I was astounded by the sheer beauty of the place. It was incredible.  After a while of sitting there, I noticed a red flashing dot. It looked like some sort of tracker. Thats when it hit me.

“Use Sludge Bomb!” Within seconds we were attacked. Toxic sludge rained down on us so quickly. 

“Panpour! Use Blizzard!” I shouted in defence. It didn’t work as I turned to see that Panpour had suffered a direct hit with sludge bomb, protecting Bonnie from getting injured.

“Don’t move!” It was those weird ladies with the glasses. The started shooting lasers at the body of water until the Identified Squishy. They managed it and ended up shooting it, paralysing the poor thing.

“Ready guys!” Ash shouted.

“Altaria! Kick it up a notch and use Dragon Rush!” I threw the pokeball out and Altaria executed the move with ease. It didn’t prevent the Bisharp’s discordant melodies of its Metal Sound.

Suddenly, Team rocket wanted in on the action and proceeded to have at it with us and the goggle freaks. 

“Bisharp, use stone edge!” The green lady ordered.

“Solar beam!” I shouted, Altaria showering the cave with a luminescent beam of light, it almost completely destroyed the other pokemon, but for some reason it stayed fighting. 

All I really remembered next was been thrown off a rock and being knocked out. In my knocked out state I had a dream, or was it a vision? 

In the dream

“Wake up!” My eyes opened wide, I wasn’t in the cave, however the place was familiar. “Thank the stars you’re awake, Jack!” 

“Where am I?” I asked, in a dreary voice.

“No time for that. You’re in grave danger! You need to keep fighting, unleash you’re true power! Because together, your fates are intertwined like thread!” I didn’t exactly see who was telling me this information. “Within time, your true strength will be revealed, along with another boy.” 

The setting flashed and changed, I was now in front of altaria. Altaria’s body morphed and spun itself into the image of me, but in my white get-up. I was confused, and anxious to say the least.  It then shifted back into the image of altaria. I walked towards it and hugged it. Within seconds my eyes opened for real.

Back to reality

When my eyes opened, I saw Altaria on the floor, I knew what I had to do. I stood up next to ash, his greninja was all different; it looked cooler. 

“Altaria! Lets give them a show they wont forget! Mega Evolve!” I smiled. I held my mega pendant and it lit up in thousands of sparks, they connected with Altaria and mega evolved it. It also turned me into my white costume, I had decided to call it my mega form.

“What is this power!?” The green haired girl stepped back in fear. She held out a device and the screen broke on it. “The readings are literally off the scale!” 

As Ash and I battled intensely, I knew that he was getting weaker by the second. I stepped in; pointing my staff at the opposition I shouted.

“Altaria! Use Draco Meteor!” Within a matter of seconds meteors crashed down from the top of the cave and hit both Manetric and Liepard. They were both taken down and the girls retreated. 

Altaria and I had returned to our original forms and we decided it would be best to leave and get out of this cave before it collapsed from all of the damage we caused.

Somewhere else in the region.

“That boy is interesting to say the least.” A sinister chuckle crept through the desolate room. 

“Isn’t he just!” A higher pitched voice said in agreement.

“The power he holds with that Altaria of his is far beyond anything I’ve ever seen before.” That same smile turned sour.

“Those two are stronger than the sundial itself, its incredible, it really is.” Both of their brains worked intensely to figure out a solution.

“I want that boy, find him, bring him to me.” That voice turned away and began to walk. “He could be used in our little plan, someway or another.”

Really hope you enjoyed this chapter even though its smaller, I just wanted to get something out to make it easier on me to rest tonight lmao.
