King (Shouto Todoroki X Male Reader) Early Jog

(Y/N)’s POV

After we had a quick bite at the café, we started our jog. It was clear skies all around with no grayness in sight. It’s good that no rain is gonna ruin our jogging but still, would appreciate having a little bit of clouds for shade. I didn’t put on any sunscreen for this…

Regardless, we pressed on, telling stories along the way and generally having a lot of fun. Not what i planned for my morning in Saturday but hey, I’m not complaining. Besides, there’s still Sunday to be lazy so long as Mom and Izuku keep to themselves and not bother me (which in itself is a rarity.)

15 minutes in and we decided to take a small break to drink. We stopped at a nearby bench which Uraraka-san sat down on followed by Daichi and Ryuta.

I took my water bottle out of the bag Izuku was carrying and re-hydrated myself before tucking it back into his satchel.

With all of us good and hydrated, we continued the jog for another forty minutes until we made it back to the café we started on.

Ryuta “Phew! Finally made it.”

Uraraka “Yeah… but that was really fun though! We should do that again sometime!”

Kamita “Yeah! I’ll make a schedule for us. say… once every two weeks?”

Uraraka “Sounds great! Let me help you with it.”

And with that, everyone got back to doing their thing. We spent the next few hours just enjoying our time together, taking walks around the beach, telling stories, buying snacks (Which Iida and I pay for), and just generally having a ton of fun. After a while, we decided that it’s time to end our little gathering and we all head our separate ways after bidding goodbye. I’ll admit, I didn’t expect things to go so smoothly, but I’m glad it did. Especially considering that the next item on my agenda bay not be filled with so much sunshine…

*Timeskip*

One P.M. I guess i better start heading to the hotel…

  I floated down from my bed and got ready to head out. My wallet, my backpack, and my hoodie. I decided to leave my student ID card on my desk just in case anything happens. With all my stuff in hand, I got out the room.

Mom is out doing errands but Izuku is here – sitting on the sofa with the TV on whilst playing on his phone. To be honest, while doing these things I’d rather not tell anyone but mom will probably go ballistic if she had no clue as to where im at. I guess i should at least tell him im leaving.

(Y/N) “Izuku.”

He turned to me with a quick ‘hm?’

(Y/N) “I’m going out to buy something.”

Izuku “O-oh. Okay. When are you gonna be back?”

(Y/N) “Don’t know yet. Just keep mom in check.”

As I said it, I was already on my way to the door.

Izuku “P-please come back before it’s dark!”

I tied my shoes and twisted the door open, pushing it outwards to greet the burning hear of the sun waiting for me outside.

Before leaving, I looked back at Izuku with a gentle smile.

(Y/N) “Sure. And I’ll buy you another rare All Might card if I find any.”

The mention of a possible addition to his already oversized collection got Izuku excited. His eyes shone bright as he smiled widely and started jumping up and down. I couldn’t help but laugh at him before I walked out and closed the door behind me.

 Well… I guess there’s nothing left to do now other than to get with it. 

I wonder what the old man wants now…
