(Y/N)’s POV
Kamita ringed the doorbell as i stood next to him, his cheek had a slight bruise from that punch he took and both us were covered in dust.
It took a few seconds but eventually we heard footsteps and the door opened to reveal Kamita’s mom.
Hana “Oh thank goodness you two are okay!”
She didn’t waste any time and immediately pulled both of us into a tight hug. Kamita tried to calm her down as i was just awkwardly squished onto my bestfriend.
Hana “i saw what happened at the TV. You had me so worried!”
Kamita “it’s fine, mom! We’re fine!”
Then Kamita’s dad appeared from behind her. Mr. Daisuke. A man who is large in stature and looks somewhat like a Gorilla. I guess that’s why Kamita kinda acts like monkey? I mean, he has a monkey tail but the rest of him just looks like a normal human. Well whatever.

Daisuke “see? I told you he’d be alright.”
Hana “they were fighting 4 criminals! 2 junior high-school students! You should have been more worried about them!”
Ms. Hana finally let us go as Kamita ran towards his dad while i stand next to her with her arm on my shoulder.
Daisuke “i think you worry too much, dear. Look at them, they’re tough kids! And they’re soon to become famous heroes!” Kamita laughed as his dad ruffled his little tuft of hair.
Hana “*sigh* we’ll talk about this later. Come on, (Y/N). You two should clean up first and eat before training.”
Daisuke “what’s wrong with them now? Ain’t nothing wrong with them starting now.”
Hana “disagree with me one more time and there will be no dinner for you.”
Kamita and i laughed as Mr. Daisuke brought up his hands and stood down. The power of wives huh?
*Timeskip*
We’ve been training for maybe two hours now. We started by warming up, then push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, that sort of thing. Eventually Mr. Daisuke brought out a punching dummy and Kamita went ham on it. Using his hands, feet, tail, everything. I decided to not use my quirk as that would probably destroy more than just the dummy but it’s good to train my body for once.
After a few more hours, the sun starts to set and Mr. Daisuke insisted to drive me home. I got in his car at the back as Kamita sat at the front next to him and the ride began.
We talked about all sorts of things from Mr. Daisuke’s horrible dad jokes, to that criminal attack, and even to Ms. Hana’s cooking which both of them asked me to keep on the down low.
Since i’ve visited them many times, they know the route to my place like the back of their hand and eventually we made it. I dropped off the car said a quick thank you and goodbye to the both of them.
A moment’s walk later, i made it to the front door of my appartment and opened it.
(Y/N) “im hom-“
Inko & Izuku ” (YYYY/NNNN)!!!”
Mom and Izuku both charged towards me and squishing me in a tight hug whilst crying their eyes out.
Inko “MY BABY IS BACK! I WAS SO WORRIED I’D NEVER GET TO SEE YOU AGAIN!!”
Izuku “YOU TOLD ME NOT TO RUSH INTO DANGER, BUT YOU DID IT TOO! I FELT SO WORRIED I COULDN’T STOP CRYING!!”
Inko & Izuku *CRYING NOISES*
I just stood there with a flat expression and a drop of sweat rolling the side of my head. My face was a mixture of dissapointment and unimpressment. Basically saying ‘i am so done with this family.’
(Y/N) “okay. keep the shower in the tub guys, you’re gonna flood the appartment.”
They both continued the waterworks as i pushed and shoved both of these steamed broccolis back in and closed the door.
*Timeskip to the next day*
*At (Y/N)’s classroom*
(Y/N) “so i walked into the bathroom with my clothes already dripping with water!”
Kamita, Daiki, and Ryuta all laughed
After they stopped laughing, we continued telling stories until a girl made her way to where we were sitting.
Airi “h-hey (Y/N) and… Kamita. I saw you two in the TV yesterday. That was.. pretty cool…” Airi is a very shy girl so i understand the stuttering but considering how many of these i’ve gotten, i think i know what’s coming next.
Airi “umm… will you two accept these?”
She put her head down and handed a letter to both Kamita and me. We both took the letters and just said a quick thank you.
Daiki “hey don’t i-“
She ran off before Daiki got to finish his sentence.
Kamita “pfft- HAHAAHAHAHA! BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME!”
Daiki “shut the hell up!”
Ryuta “man, you two became the new school celebrity. Well – you specifically Kamita, (Y/N) was already popular, now he’s just… yeah…”
Kamita “i think im starting to like this royal treatment.”
Groaning, i slammed my head down on to the table.
Kamita “what’s wrong (Y/N)? Too much heat from being popular? I’ll take some of it.”
(Y/N) *face still in the table* “take it. Take all you want. I already got three bloody love letters today.”
Daiki “what?!”
Ryuta “you’re joking!”
I got up and pulled three love letters out of my bag and set them next to the one i just got from Airi.
Daiki “OH COME ON!!”
(Y/N) “i used to get it at least once a week but if it’s going to be multiple per day im gonna need to start shoving these things into the fire place.”
Ryuta “hang on a sec- Haru. That’s a guy!”
(Y/N) “hm?”
I looked at the one Ryuta was pointing.
(Y/N) “Haruka. That’s the girl from seventh grade.”
Daiki and Kamita gasped and both said in a mocking tone:
D & K “oh (Y/N)-senpai~”
(Y/N) “SHUT UP!!” I said as i wacked both their faces with the stack of love letters in my hand.
A few seconds past then a teacher asked Kamita and I to come to the principal’s office.
I looked at him, curious to what he did or if it was something i did. Needless to say, Kamita looked scared as hell.
Oh balls, i wonder what this is gonna be…
