After getting the permission needed Chan’s manager uploaded the video he filmed of the two at the rink and to say it was popular was an understatement, Stay’s loved seeing Chan that relaxed and enjoying something with his friend.

The video even reached other fandoms who also enjoyed watching it means there was a lot of attention on not just Stray kids but also on Seungho, so much so that the rink where they skated got a lot more visitors.

Seungho was teaching his English class with Stray Kids when their manager came knocking on the door before it was even finished. At first, Seungho thought that he might be there because the boys had a sudden schedule but that wasn’t the case.

“The boss wants to see you,” the manager said but he was really calm so Seungho took it might not be something serious because the manager wouldn’t be as calm if it was.

He ended the class after giving the boys some sheets they had to work through and excused himself and went to Mr. Park’s office, at first he was calm but Seungho had had a tendency to overthink a lot and by the time he reached it he convinced himself he was in big trouble.

When he entered the office at first he was nervous but Mr. Park looked quite calm and he didn’t seem angry so it made him relax a little he took a seat after greeting his boss.

“As you know your video with Chan went quite viral, and it is getting a lot of attention, our marketing department thinks it might be a good way to promote the boys and would like if you would continue it by teaching all the members or even just filming them when they are learning English with you, we want to show their personalities off stage off and it seems that they are quite fond of you and are themselves around you” he explained.

At first, Seungho was a little taken aback, he hasn’t been working there long and already he got an opportunity like this and it surprised him quite a lot but it made him happy he could spend more time with Chan and the other boys, he wasn’t as close with them as he was with Chan but that could always change.

“I would love to do that sir, the boys are all really nice and I bet their fans would like seeing something like that especially since skating is out of their comfort zone it will be a new experience for them,” Seungho said with a small smile and Mr. Park also returned the smile

“Also, the owner of the rink where the video was filmed was really happy, he said the rink is really busy and business has never been this good in a few years, he called and would like to have you be their advertisement model”

“Model???” Seungho asked in shock and Mr. Park nodded.

“He said he wanted to contact the company first to make sure it was fine as you are a worker here he didn’t know if it would be against any regulations, we would also like to represent you as their model, it is saver to work through a company when it comes to modeling as there could be legal issues and the company has the funds to handle anything that follows if you start as a model for them you might get a lot more offers we think it might be a good investment to have you join the company. You will still have all your freedom, you can do what you want and come and go as you want and if you still want to teach full time you are more than welcome” he explained.

Seungho sat there flabbergasted he didn’t understand what was going on exactly he just got an offer to be a model and then he also got told he would be a good investment so JYP entertainment would like to have him on board as a model and it all was a little overwhelming since he wasn’t even sure if he wanted to get back into skating full time but somehow he felt if he turned it down he would regret it.

These past few days he was thinking that if he ever got into skating competitively again he would be able to do his own thing, he is a grown-up now and his mom isn’t there to control his life it made him think he could do it his way and the way he enjoyed it so this would be the start of that if he agreed.

And that is what he did, he agreed to do the promotion and he agreed on joining the company, he still had his freedom and he knew it won’t be easy but having the opportunity to attempt achieving his dream a second time won’t come anytime soon and he wanted to take it while it was there and present, he wanted to show his mom that this is who he is and that he can do it without her and this was his way of thanking his coach back there as well, he wanted to show him he won’t be giving up again, not this time.

When he left Mr. Park’s office and started walking down the hallway it finally sunk in, what he agreed to, it hit him like a rock slide and it was a little overwhelming at first but somehow he found himself laughing a little, he was excited to see where his new adventure was going to take him.

He walked towards the staff office and once he got inside he greeted everyone as he rushed over to Yooa, he was really excited to tell her everything that just happened. When he got to her desk he saw her patiently waiting for him, she looked curious and excited about what he was about to tell her.

When he told her everything she let out a loud squeal and then hugged him, she was happy for him, sure she was a little concerned and worried but she found herself being happy, seeing Seungho that happy about something was a little new and she loved it, it was as if his shining eyes were slowly returning.
