HUH YUNJIN
I park along the sidewalk in front of Danielle’s house. I take my key out and get out. Eunchae and Chaewon following behind. Eunchae is leading Chaewon in because she covered her eyes with her hands, I hold the door open for a blind Chaewon and my grinning little sister.
Eunchae leads Chaewon to the backyard, where the pool is. Luckily, Eunchae has bought Chaewon a new swimsuit for one of the presents she got her. What is the big present Eunchae got Chaewon? I don’t know.
The backyard is decorated. there’s streamers, balloons, a banter, tassel decorations and more. all of the decorations are sliver and some are mint green. The banter reads “Happy Birthday, Chaechae!”.
“Okay, I’m going to uncover your eyes in 3… 2… 1…” Eunchae says, then uncovers Chaewon’s eyes. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHAEWON!!!” Everyone including myself shouts. Chaewon’s eyes are wide, and then she smiles widely. “Oh my god, Thank you so much guys” She says. “Since it’s your eighteenth birthday, We got this” Haerin says, then holds up a bottle of alcohol.
I roll my eyes playfully. “Alright, just don’t get too drunk okay?” I say to everyone. “Aw, Come on Ms. Huh, Have some fun” Danielle says. “I didn’t say you guys couldn’t drink, I only said to not get too drunk” I explain. “Still on School mode?” Hyein asks, smiling mischievously. “No, but I deal with this thing, so it’s natural” I say, ruffling Eunchae’s hair. She pours and swats my hand away.
I laugh softly. “Alright then, let’s get the party started, everyone is here so what are we waiting for” Danielle says. They all shout yeah, and they start playing music, dancing and chatting. I just lean against the wall, my arms crossed, Keeping an eye on the party. I don’t know how Danielle’s mother agreed to this.
A while later, Chaewon walks up next to me and leans against the wall. “Hey Yun” She says. I look at her. “You need something?” I say. “Aren’t you gonna come enjoy the party too?” She asks, turning to me. “you want me to join? Wouldn’t it be weird the hall monitor is partying with you?” I ask, raising an eyebrow.
“You’re my friend, so I want you enjoy it too” She says, then softly smiles. I feel my heart skip a best when I see her smile.
Gosh, this girl makes my heart melt and my knees weak
Before I realize, I’m dancing with Chaewon. Even Eunchae looks shocked but doesn’t say anything. Tonight seems like the best night of my life. Even if it’s with some teenagers. You could say this is a Perfect Night.
Soon, It’s time for Chaewon to open her gifts. She sits in a chair, One by one Chaewon opens the gifts. She got some cute clothes, books, and Some new makeup products. Then Eunchae goes inside to get the big present for Chaewon.
She comes back out with a white, very fluffy and furry puppy. It’s a white pomeranian. Chaewon sees the puppy and her eyes widen in shock. Eunchae hands her the puppy and Chaewon breaks into tears.
“Oh my gosh… Eunchae this is the best gift I have ever gotten” She says, tearfully. “Does he have a name?” Chaewon asks. “He doesn’t have a name” Eunchae says. Chaewon looks at the dog.
“Shiro… Kim Shiro” She says. Everyone claps softly. The puppy barks and licks Chaewon’s cheek. She giggles. Even at the sight of Chaewon playing with her new puppy. She managed to melt my heart.
“Thank you so much Eunchae” Chaewon says. Eunchae smiles. “Happy birthday Chae” She says softly. Eunchae takes the dog back. “If anything, I’ll bring the dog to my house incase you get too drunk and forget him” Eunchae says. “Plus, all of his stuff is at my house anyways” Eunchae adds on. Then she walks away with Shiro in her arms.
The party goes back to dancing and chatting. The sun soon sets and they open the alcohol. Of course, Chaewon drags me along and hands me a cup.
Before I realize, I’m drinking and dancing with Chaewon, who is just as drunk as me.

It’s about midnight, and I’m too drunk to drive. Chaewon is also super drunk. I think everyone is drunk. Except Eunchae, but She’s to young to drink. Luckily, Eunchae knows how to drive, because she recently got her permit. Eunchae leaves with the dog and drives my car back home.
I stand out front, trying to not fall over. When I suddenly hear some footsteps. I turn to see Chaewon. She stands next to me. “Whereeee areee youuu goinggg” She slurs, with a pout. “homeee” I slur. Soon my uber shows up and I get in, but Chaewon also follows me in. Though, I’m too drunk to notice she’s coming with me.
The driver drives to my house in silence. Both me and Chaewon also silent. Tonight was crazy, but I have a feeling it’s about to get even more hot.
