Random Kny One Shots [Requests Closed] Happy (very late) Pride Month! | {All(-most all) our gay ships♡} | Upm edition

A+ A-

Theme: G a y n e s s, more chaotic shit, fluff, a sprinkle of angst (like- a quarter of a drop)

(Ignore this I’m just writing them down bc my forgetful ass will not remember which I used) DouKaza, KokuZan, Nakidaki, KaiGyu, Gyokko x Art, Hantengu x non-existent, Enmu simping.

Note: Daki and Kaigaku are both aged up little to be closer to the ages of Gyutaro and Nakime. (For the ships-). Kaigaku is a demon in this AU, right now, while Gyutaro and Daki still here. Just for the AU don’t come after me-

Daki barged into the Infinity Fortress, being chased by Gyutaro. Nakime jolted but then saw who it was and relaxed slightly. She watched the two siblings run around for a little before Gyutaro jumped up and pinned Daki to the ground. He took a paper from her hand and ripped it to shreds before glaring at his sister. Daki was too busy laughing to care. Gyutaro huffed.

Nakime looked at the two, confused. “What’s this all about?” She tilted her head to the side, glancing from one to the other through her hair.

Daki started to answer but Gyutaro covered her mouth. “Uhh, we’re playing tag..!” he lied. He nodded unconvincingly. “Yeah. She wanted to play tag.”

“What was the paper for then?” Nakime asked.

“…just a paper saying how many times I’ve tagged her..?” he said, a little hesitant as he thought of what to say.

“Okay..” Nakime turned to Daki. “And what was it?”

Daki ran out of reach from her brother but he quickly caught her again. “Ugh- It was Gyuta-” she started, then pushed Gyutaro arm-length away from her. “His crushh!!” she giggled, running from her brother’s reach.

“DAKIII!!” he shouted. “I’M GOING TO SAY YOURS IF YOU DARE TO SAY MINEE!!” he said, jumping onto her and tickling her.

“N-No!!” Daki breathed through laughs. “F-Fine I w-won’t tell..!”

Gyutaro stopped and let her go. “Good.”

He glanced back at the Biwa demon who sat there watching them, confused. He smiled then turned back to his sister. “Anyways let’s go.”

Daki shook her head. “You go off, I want to talk to Nakime.” She waved off her brother and he gave her a skeptical look but left the room. The Uppermoon plopped herself next to Nakime and said, “Can you help me with something?”

Nakime looked at her curiously. “With..?” she prompted.

“You know how it’s pride monthh??” Daki asked.

“Pride month?”

“Yeah! June! Pride month!”

“What’s ‘pride month’?”

Daki sighed. “Oh Nakime.. So basically..” she started.

(hahaha- too lazy to explain :p)

“And so I want to get everyone together! Because it’s perfect for this!!” Daki concluded.

“What? Who? And get them together? Why not on Valentines day?” Nakime tilted her head, confused.

“Uhhh I actually don’t know. Well, I did think of this past February so..”

The two sat silently for a moment. “Alright then.” Nakime nodded to herself.

“Eh?”

“I’ll help you. Just tell me who we’re getting together,” she said.

Daki’s eyes sparkled. “YESSS, THANK YOU SO MUCHHH!!” she hugged the Biwa demon tightly then backed away, flushed. “Ah- sorry-” she muttered.

“It’s.. okay..” Nakime whispered, her cheeks tinted pink. “Ah.. so who?”

Daki grinned.

Time skip, next day

Daki walked up to Kokushibo. “Heyyy-” she said.

Kokushibo turned. “Hm? Hello, do you need something from me?”

“OH.. so I have something important to uh show you! But it has to be at a certain time of night. So tomorrow, can you meet me at the field? The one where there’s a lot of trees and then a small clearing in the middle of it all?” Daki asked, avoiding his gaze.

“Okay..” the multi eyed uppermoon sighed, looking confused. He looked her up and down suspiciously, but finding no bad intentions, he agreed.

“Yayy!! You’re the best, thank you!!” she said, running off, leaving the highest uppermoon confused as fuck.

With Nakime.

Nakime found Akaza and teleported him to her. He was startled and went to attack then realized where he was and stopped. He noticed Nakime and turned to her with a respectful bow of his head. “Hello. What brings you to have me here?” he asked.

“I have.. a request,” she said, feeling bad for tricking him.

“Of course.”

“Thank you.. So.. are available tomorrow?” Nakime asked.

“What time?” Akaza said curiously.

“Around..” Nakime paused, trying to remember what Daki had said. “Around two hours before dawn tomorrow.”

He thought for a moment. “Alright then. Should I come here or..?”

“Let me give you the place.” Nakime turned and looked around before she saw a paper and handed it to him. “Here.”

Akaza scanned it then nodded. “Should be easy enough.”

“Yes, thank you.”

The striped demon nodded and left, although realizing after he’d already gone he forgot to ask why he was going there.

Back with Daki

Daki skipped off to Douma. “Helloooo!!” she said, sitting next to him.

The blond turned and smiled slightly at her. “Yes?”

“Can you go to, uh,” Daki paused, forgetting what she was gonna say. “Here-” She gave him a paper that said the instructions where and when to go. “Just read this.” She waited as her father figure scanned the paper.

“Why do I have to go?” he asked, looking confused.

“For.. because Akaza’s gonna be there,” Daki said, knowing that would get him into it. And she was right.

“Okay! I’ll go. So it’s tomorrow, right?” Douma asked, looking excited.

“Yes! Glad you agreed! Byee!!”

WIth Nakime

She thought for a moment then teleported Gyutaro to her. He looked confused to be here, and glanced around. “Wha-?”

“Hello.”

Gyutaro jumped, startled. “Ah- uh- hi- Why am I here?”

“Your sister wants to meet you at the Red Light District tomorrow night. She says to be at her room by 8pm,” Nakime informed him.

“Oh? Okay then.” Gyutaro looked very confused but didn’t question it. “Can you uh teleport me back?” he asked.

Nakime answered with the strum of her biwa.

Daki stalked up to Kaigaku. “If you don’t meet me in the Red Light District tomorrow night, you can go to hell and I’ll personally kick your ass there!” she demanded, putting her hands on her hips.

“Geez- Chill, okay, fine!” he rolled his eyes. “Why?”

Daki ignored him. “Great, see you then!” She left it at that, running off to go find Nakime.

The two were talking about what to do.

“I vote for you to play music for Master and Kokushibo!!” Daki said excitedly. “C’mon, you know they’ll like it! Remember when Koku-Sama said he admired the way you played? SO DO IT!” she said.

Nakime was a lot more hesitent. “That was Kokushibo-Sama. Not Master. Who knows what he would think?” she looked down, feeling nervous.

“Nah- We’ll keep you some ways afar and you can stay there whilst playing the music, and we can make it echo to where they are! I’ll go put up the lights in a minute.” Daki wrote down some things she needed to get. “Hm.. I’ll get a blanket for Douma and Akaza. Akaza’s pretty sensitive to the cold, no?” she asked, not looking up as she wrote.

“Yes, although it’s quite ironic,” Nakime said, playing around with her biwa. She was still not fully on board with the plan, but she decided to do it. Besides, it would make Daki happy. She was already smiling.

“Why?”

“Douma’s really cold. Haven’t you noticed? If you go around 2 feet away from him, you can feel some sort of cold air around him. I wonder why.”

“Oh? I never noticed. Whatever, you always pay attention to things more anyways,” Daki commented. She looked up and smiled. “Alright I wrote down all we would need. Let’s go through it again!”

Nakime nodded. “Yes, lets. Then we can get the materials and get to work before dawn.”

Time skip, 5pm, next day.

“Are we doing this? Yes we are!” Daki whispered. She took Nakime’s hands tightly. “Ahh, I’m so nervous. Okay, so first is Kaigaku and Gyutaro.”

Nakime felt her face grow hot at their closeness but she nodded. “Okay.”

The two women hid behind a pillar, watching Gyutaro and Kaigaku as they entered Daki’s room in the Entertainment District.

“Don’t you have to go in now?” Nakime whispered.

“Oh! I almost forgot, thanks-” Daki whispered back, dashing in.

The biwa demon chuckled and continued watching from afar.

Daki followed the two boys, then smiled. “Hello! Thanks for coming!”

Kaigaku and Gyutaro both looked confused to see each other—and very flustered.

“So! Let’s go shopping!” Daki clapped her hands.

“What.” They glared at her. “We came all the way here just to go shopping?!”

“Yep! Follow me!” Daki laughed at their faces.

“Fuck n-” Kaigaku started.

Daki tapped his mouth and he closed it. “Uh uh, you’re coming or I’m telling.”

The two boys grew silent and begrudingly followed her. Nakime hid quickly as Daki marched out. The three of them went around shops for about 15 minutes as Nakime started worrying they weren’t going to be on time. Then Daki came up behind her, startling her. “Alright alright, better get to Kokushibo’s spot now!” she whispered.

“Ah- yes,” Nakime muttered.

As they walked to the field, Daki said, “I’ve left them thinking I’m picking some clothes. I told them they could wander off while I picked, let’s hope this works. I had the shopkeeper do something to set them up to end up at a perfect date spot somewhere in the district.” She grinned. “I wish I could see their faces when they confessed. But anyways, better hurry. You got your biwa?”

Nakime nodded. “Yes, I’ll stop here and play it.” She pointed to a spot she’d made so she could sit comfortably.

“Perfect. You go sit, I’m going to turn on the lights.”

“Alright.”

Daki rushed off to turn the lights around, illuminating the field. She hid with Nakime, finding something to echo the sound. A minute later, Kokushibo walked into the field, confused. At first he was worried the sun was still out, but then realized there were just a lot of lights hung on the trees and around the clearing. He stood for a moment, waiting for Daki. As he looked around he realized the place looked to be as if somebody was going on a date. Whose? Did Daki have a love interest she needed him to get to her? There was even a picnic table and a basket of what looked like human body parts. He was about to go off and look for her when some trees rustled behind him and Muzan stepped out.

The two demons stared at each other for a moment and then—”Kokushibo? What’re you doing here?” the shorter one asked.

“Oh- Daki asked me to meet her here.”

“Are you two .. dating..?” Muzan asked, looking appalled.

“No- Why would you think that?”

For a split second, Muzan looked relieved, much to Kokushibo’s confusion, but then he held his stoic expression again as he said, “This place is decorated as I have seen such when humans tend to set them up.”

“Ah. No, I assumed she wanted help with her own love interest.”

“Ah.”

It was quiet as the two stood there quietly. Then Kokushibo said, “Well, I must be going now. I will go look fo-” He was cut off by a cold hand wrapping around his arm. He turned to the Demon King, confused as ever. “Yes?”

“Considering.. she hasn’t arrived yet, and she seems to be almost always on time, perhaps.. perhaps we could just stay here for a little? It does look quite nice,” Muzan remarked, although his eyes had only barely glanced over the scene, almost always straying back to Kokushibo, watching him intently. “What do you say?”

The multieyed demon was extremely confused. But he couldn’t say no, because for one thing, this was the demon lord he was talking to. And for another, he really did want to stay with him. He’d always felt a sense of affection towards his master, although he would never admit it to anyone, not even himself. He’d also been feeling sort of.. attached to the other, in a sort of.. romantic way. Not the sort of silly friendship or anything. No, something deeper. Something he’d never thought he’d see himself feeling. But of course it couldn’t be what he thought, right? He couldn’t love his master like that. It was just.. wrong? No, not wrong. It was just something he was 99.9% sure Muzan would despise of. There was, of course, that 0.1% of hope that he clung onto, although why, he was not sure. But now.. now was a chance to maybe expand that 0.1% chance into maybe even 1%. Even that would be a lot, to him.

“Mm.. Sure,” he concluded. His train of thought subsided as he sat across from Muzan on the table, the two silent for a moment. Then there was suddenly a soft hum of music. A single note. But then more, a soft wave of sounds, pouring through the silence and filling the gentle breeze with a calming tune. Kokushibo relaxed against the wind, his hair flowing lightly in it. It made him look majestic, beautiful. Muzan found himself staring at his Uppermoon, something he shouldn’t be doing, but couldn’t help it. Strings were plucked somewhere in the late twilight sky, music flowing through the air peacefully as the two demons sat quietly at the table. And then Muzan made to say something, not realizing he’d done so until after the words had left his lips, “You look beautiful as ever, Kokushibo..”

His eyes widened almost in sync with those of the demon across from him. He flushed and turned away, unsure what to feel. “I.. I mean..” he said, stumbling over his words.

Kokushibo made a small sound of surprise and content. “You also look quite stunning, Master,” he said, in a half amused, half sincere tone, which brought the demon king’s attention back. They stared at each other for a minute, awkwardly trying to think of what to say. And then—”Kokushibo. May I ask you something?”

There was a small nod.

“Do you.. like me? And.. not in the way.. the way of.. of..” Muzan struggled to find the right wording. Despite being the strongest living being on earth to exist, emotions and feelings weren’t one of his strong points. “Do you like me.. in that way? Or..” he mumbled, trying to think. Two hands were placed over his and he jerked his head up. He hadn’t even noticed Kokushibo moving forward. Was he growing weak? Or was this.. was this, this love shit? This stupid emotion that made you forget everything else. It was scary. He didn’t understand it. Anything he didn’t understand was scary. If he could kill the whole world, why couldn’t he make sense of this simple emotion? Why was it so complicated? Was this how being human felt like? Emotions? Feelings? Love?

“Yes. I.. I do. I do not expect you to have them back, but I do. And I don’t just admire you for your strength and skill, but simply I admire you for you. I find you.. intricate. Amazing. A being who shouldn’t exist, yet does, defies all laws of nature and yet still manages to live on,” Kokushibo stated, almost dreamly. He was looking very intently into Muzan’s eyes, which should’ve made him uncomfortable, but instead made him feel.. feel cared for. It was a strange sort of feeling. Different. But not in a bad way. It felt nice. Nice to be care for. Was this something people felt often? Perhaps this was why humans refused requests to be demons. Because they had been cared for. Because as a demon, as a demon you don’t have time for any of this. It’s just eat, hide, fight, survive, repeat, eat, hide, fight, survive, repeat. Nothing of the sorts to do with love. With caring. With whatever this was.

“You do..?” he whispered, barely registering anything else except for the demon in front of him.

“I do..” Kokushibo whispered back, matching his quiet tone. “And.. and you?” he asked tentitively, hesitating at first.

“I…” It was silent for a long moment, only the soft breathing of music in the distance filling it up to keep it from breaking them. “Do too..” the demon finished, in a whisper so quiet he was sure Kokushibo couldn’t hear him. But he did. And he was overjoyed. Of course, his voice stayed as passive as ever, but inside.. if you could see emotions, what they looked like, not in expressions, but the emotions themselves, there was be blurs of bright colors. Happiness filling him to the brim. Then he smiled slightly, still a little on the edge. “Really?” he asked, wanting to make sure. Needing to know.

A nod. A smile. A genuine smile. “Yes. Really.”

Neither of the two believed it at first. Not even the one who spoke the words. The demon king.. falling in love? No, that couldn’t be. And yet.. and yet it was. It could be because it was. The music danced through the air, their hearts soaring above them as they sat in a peaceful silence. One of contentment. The music started dying down to a soft murmer, appearing to be getting further away. The two had completely forgotten about Daki, whom had been the reason they’d found each other in the first place. Kokushibo and Muzan talked through the night, and at one point were sat on the grass. It wasn’t that cold. The air had a soft warmth to it. But even so, Muzan cuddled closer to his demon, wanting to stay near him. He was his now. They were for each other and only each other. It was a perfectly clear night as they sat there, talking as the wind blew past them. Neither of them noticed the music stop, because the songs in their hearts were too strong for either to care as Nakime and Daki moved on to the next demons.

Akaza and Douma were going to be harder to do. But give how successful Kokushibo and Muzan had been, the two girls weren’t too worried. Or.. not really. Not until they arrived a minute late to the spot where they’d set up Akaza and Douma. The two were bickering, Akaza randomly throwing in physical arguments, leaving Douma to have to constantly regenerate his head, his arm, anything Akaza punched off. Both Nakime and Daki sighed in annoyance and waited a little. Perhaps if they let it simmer a little it would cool down eventually. Which it did. But that was only because of the loud explosions coming from fireworks high above. It startled all four of the demons and Daki almost gave away their hiding place from a small squeak of surprise. Luckily the fireworks were too loud for either man to notice.

Akaza watched the lights dance in the air, confused. He felt a swirl emotions crowd into his throat. He didn’t understand so he pushed them down and sat onto the roof, looking up at the spectacle. It was gorgeous and he wanted to watch it forever, but then Douma sat next to him and some of the peace he’d felt building up in him faltered and died away. But this time the blond just sat there silently, watching the sky. Then he said, much to Akaza’s dismay at the lack of silence, “What a coincidence these fireworks are here, Akaza-dono. It’s like.. they were here for us.”

“Don’t be riduculous.” Akaza rolled his eyes and scoffed. He felt slightly teary for a reason he did not know, so again, he pushed it down, ignoring the tightness in his chest. “Haven’t you heard? There was a festival over there and they were setting off fireworks. I never found out which day but I guess now we know,” he remarked, crossing his arm. Douma nodded contently. “Well, they’re pretty. We can pretend they were for us th-” he started, only to be cut off by a fist punching him off of the roof.

“Shut the fuck up,” Akaza glared. Douma got up and sat back down next to the striped demon. “Okay, sorry, Akaza-dono,” he apologized, although he looked mostly amused.

“Whatever.”

They watched the sky bright up green. Then yellow. Then red. Then green again. Occasially a blue or pink. They were beautiful, the lights flashing quickly and seeming to rain down on them. Akaza started feeling sad. Remorse filled his stomach and regret, his chest. He felt as if he’d failed someone. Done something wrong. What had he done, though? What was it? He tried hard. Very hard. He blinked tightly, pretending to brush something off his face, he even pretended to be cold, all to wipe away the pathetic tears rolling down his cheeks. Why was he crying? This wasn’t in the least bit a sentimental moment. Had something happened before? The reason he was crying, all these emotions. Why? They had a reason, didn’t they? But.. why? He sighed and leaned against Douma, not even noticing his own actions. The blond was a little startled but he smiled and wrapped his arms around the smaller one, to the two girls’ delight.

Whilst Kaigaku and Gyutaro were on a date in the entertainment district, while Kokushibo and Muzan were figuring out their feelings for each other in a lit up field, when Douma and Akaza watched the fireworks, during the time sparks flew on different sides of japan, and the least of expected fell in love, Nakime and Daki watched it all, happy. Daki clasped the other demon’s hands tightly, grinning from ear to ear. “We did it! They finally all got together!” she whispered excitedly, pulling Nakime closer. The two smiled at each other, quiet for a moment. Then Nakime said, “Daki? May I ask you something?”

“You just did, but of course! Ask away!” Daki laughed softly.

“Do.. do you also have someone you like? As did the other Uppermoons. Do you?” Nakime pressed, looking a little uncertain if she should be asking that. She flushed slightly and turned away. “Sorry, that was a little impulsive of me,” she mumbled, pulling away.

Daki paused, not having expected the question. Then she took Nakime’s hands back into her own, smiling, looking equally flushed. “I.. I do.” She looked down, then her eyes flickered back up to meet the one pink one of Nakime’s. It was exposed, the usual hair covering it had been blown away by the wind. Nakime looked beautiful. Half shadowed by the bushes, half in the light by the flashing of fireworks. It was something Daki wanted to remember forever. “And.. it’s.. it’s someone you know very well..” she continued, keeping her gaze tightly on the other’s.

Nakime looked both disappointed and hopeful at this. Could she mean her? Or did she mean somebody else. A friend? No.. she didn’t have any. Not really. No close ones either. She tilted her head to the side. “Who is it?” she wondered aloud, curious. Who had touched the heart of this beauty?

“It’s.. her name is.. her name..” Daki’s voice faltered. She was feeling nervous. What would Nakime think of it?

Nakime paused. So it was a ‘her.’ She still had a chance. A pretty good one. “Yes..?” she prompted.

“Her name.. start’s with an.. N..” Daki murmured.

An N.. The chance was getting higher by the second. “Continue.. please..” Nakime pleaded.

“Her name is Nakime..” Daki whispered, looking away as the name slipped past her lips. She said it so quietly and right as a firework flew through the air. She was certain Nakime hadn’t heard her. But.. she had. Suddenly, Nakime’s grip on Daki’s hands grew stronger and she said firmly, “I have somebody I like as well. Her name.. her name is Daki.”

The named demon flit her head back to meet Nakime’s gaze. The two stared at each other for a long while before Nakime pulled her into a tight hug, smiling in relief. Daki laughed softly to herself. “I was so scared, you know? I thought.. I thought you would say no, or something,” she admitted as she pulled back. She kissed Nakime’s cheek then said, “So.. you really love me? Do you really? Or are you just trying to be nice?”

“Since when did you get the impression that I liked playing with people’s feelings?”

“Ah- no, that’s not what I meant-“

Nakime laughed. “I know what you mean, don’t worry. I was just joking.”

The two girls smiled at each other. Then there was a sharp intake of breath somewhere above them and they remembered that they had been spying on Douma and Akaza. Both looked up and saw that Akaza had started crying. The gasp had come from the blond who was trying to calm Akaza down. He looked confused and worried. Then Akaza leaned closer to Douma who embraced the smaller demon, unsure what to do. He was whispering something in his ear to comfort him when Daki and Nakime realized they should probably leave the two alone. They crept away, fleeing back to the Entertainment District, looking for Gyutaro and Kaigaku. Nakime decided to check on Kokushibo and Muzan while Daki looked for her brother.

Kokushibo was talking to Muzan, both looked flushed and kept glancing around, making sure nobody was there. At that, Nakime left them there and followed the path Daki had taken to the Red light District. She hid behind a pillar as she heard Kaigaku’s voice.

“You were taking forever, so we went off and.. uh.. bought some things,” he was saying.

“Yeah yeah, I know you two were going on a date. Also, HOW DID IT GO? DID YOU KISS? ARE YOU DATING NOW?” Daki asked excitedly. She looked like a puppy getting a treat. “TELL ME ALL THE DETAILS!”

Her brother and his boyfriend looked appalled. “How did you know..” Gyutaro mumbled suspiciously.

“Uhm.. Sisterly instincts!” Daki declared.

“Weirdo,” Kaigaku rolled his eyes. “But okay. And.. yes. We’re dating. Everything else you don’t need to know,” he stated, confirming Daki’s questions.

“Well that’s fine. Anyways, I’M SO HAPPY FOR THE TWO OF YOUU!!” Daki giggled, jumping up and down.

“Be quiet, somebody’s going to hear you!” Gyutaro whispered, pulling her and Kaigaku off to hide. Nakime laughed and teleported herself to the Infinity Fortress.

Meanwhile, Akaza was currently trying to calm down, clutching onto Douma. He’d had a sudden rush of sadness and self-pity for a moment. Then it was okay. But then only a second later, possible every negative emotion filled his body. It was too much for him and he burst into tears. He hated this. It was humiliating. To cry in front of Douma. But surprisingly, the blond only comforted him. He was obviously uncomfortable, but that only made the action sweeter and Akaza found himself blushing through the tears. After a while, he was able to calm down, getting his breath back to normal. His heart beat was fast, however. Nothing to do with his emotions. He pulled away from the hug, feeling the cold air hit his skin. “Uhm.. Sorry..” he mumbled, embarrassed.

“Why are you sorry?”

The words were like cold water dumped on his head. Akaza looked up. “For.. crying?” he said, confused.

“Doesn’t everyone cry-?” Douma was confused as well now.

“Yes but.. I’m an Uppermoon..?”

“So..?”

Silence.

“So I should be strong and not cry..?” Akaza replied.

“But crying is an act of letting out emotions, not being weak.”

“Since when were you an expert of emotions?”

“Since now.” Douma looked amused. He watched Akaza carefully. He hadn’t noticed until now how beautiful his eyes were. A golden tone. He wanted to stare into them forever, but that would be creepy.

“Well.” They were both quiet, unsure where the conversation was going. “Uhm…”

Then Douma leaned closer. He hugged Akaza. They stayed in the embrace for a minute before he pulled back a little, holding Akaza’s head in his hands. His eyes glanced down at the striped demon’s lips. They looked.. kissable. He leaned closer, this time, not to hug him, but to kiss him. Then he paused, an inch before their lips touched. He needed consent first.

Akaza closed the distance between them, and their lips meet in the middle. Arms are wrapped around each other’s bodies and they press against each other tightly, savoring the moment as it went. When they pulled away, they were both breathless but content. Akaza smiled slightly, then turned away, a little embarrassed. Douma was very happy, his face was practically beaming as he caught his breath, clinging onto Akaza.

Kokushibo and Muzan had mostly talked all the while. But then Muzan got daring and kissed Kokushibo quickly. It was quick, and almost not there, but still. They were both very flushed and silent for a long time, before the multi eyed demon kissed his master back. After that, things would’ve escalated further, if it weren’t for the time and setting they were in. It was nearing dawn and it was most definitely not a private place. They decided just to sit and talk as Kokushibo fixed his clothes and Muzan got ahold of himself. By the time dawn approached, the two were in high spirits as they went to find shelter. It was the first and most definitely not the last time they stayed together, secluded in a place hidden from the world, but the world to both of them because the other was there with them.

That night, Nakime and Daki had lifted and merged many hearts, including their own. Opening them up and into the light for the owners to find out their feelings, find their way through, find and see the person in front of them. And it was only the beginning of a long road ahead. It wasn’t a perfect road, no, but it was one that would bring them all content. Something to keep them all together. Forever.

Chapter 14
