It was already Saturday and the girls hoped there was no practice. Hunjoon hasn’t said anything yet to Hyunjin so they think practice is still on.
It was around 10 in the morning when Hyunjin texted in the group chat for everyone to come over to her house.
There were some confusion but they agreed and called their rides.
It seems that Haseul, Jinsoul and Sooyoung are everyone’s chauffeur permanently.
Arriving to her house, Hyunjin opened the door for them and led them to her room.
They walked up the stairs and into a room that looked like any regular room.
She sat down on her bed as the rest either joined her or spread around the room.
“So why’d you call us over? Is practice canceled?” Heejin asked her as she looked around the room.
Yeojin and Chaewon were currently looking in her closet for clothes.
“Dad told me to text y’all to come over because he has something to show us. But he’s not here right now so we have to wait” She told them and got up to pull the shorties out of her closet.
Heejin notices a few picture frames of when Hyunjin was little.
After they finished looking around, the tv was turned on with a movie being played.
Vivi suggested to wait for Hunjoon by watching a movie in the sophomore’s room.
“Can you move feet off my lap?”
“Give me some popcorn Yeojin!”
“Why the fuck are you breathing down my neck Jinsoul?”
Haseul just sighs and leans on Vivi’s shoulder as they sit on the floor. The foreigner feels her heart beat fast and blushes a little.
Hyunjin was leaning against her bed frame when she felt someone put their head on her shoulder.
Turning to look, she was met with Heejin’s head as she watched the movie.
Smiling, she puts her head on top of hers and continues to watch the movie with her heart pumping out of her chest.
About half an hour later, they heard a door closing and voices downstairs.
“Oh I think my dad is here. C’mom” Hyunjin ordered everyone to leave her room.
They cleaned up before leaving even if the sophomore told them they didn’t have to. Haseul made sure they cleaned up their mess of popcorn on the floor.
Running down the stairs, they were met with Hunjoon and their coaches talking in the kitchen. Two cardboard boxes were on the dining table labeled ‘BBC’ on the side.
The guys turned to look at the noise coming from the stairs and see Yeojin tripping and falling down on Chaewon.
Everyone laughed as Chaewon was trying to push Yeojin off her back. Hyejoo helped up the youngest before helping up the sophomore.
Vivi was laughing but then scolded them to not run down the stairs. The coaches smile and shake their heads.
“I just noticed that all you girls together are more chaotic than separated. I’m surprised it wasn’t Hyunjin who fell” Hunjoon told them as he laughed with Lee.
Choi chuckles “That’s right, I still remember how she would trip at least twice coming down” He busted out laughing along with them.
Hyunjin felt a small blush on cheeks as the girls also started to laugh. Heejin looked at her and cooed at how cute she looked with red cheeks.
“Can we put our attention to the boxes on the table please?” She rushed out and went to playfully push her dad. He smiled at her and ruffled her hair.
“This actually why I wanted to meet here for. I have a friend who works with making jerseys for the major league here and he owed me favor for when Hyunjin used to play”
He opened one of the boxes and pulled out a power blue blending with black jersey. The sleeves were black as the side stripes were black, white and power blue. The word ‘Wolves’ was plated on the front in gray with a black outline. Their mascot emblem was placed in the top right corner of the jersey.

The girls jaws dropped when he held it up. Hunjoon flipped the jersey around and on the back had Hyunjin’s birthday with her surname. It was also gray with a black outline.
The coaches smile at their reaction and they don’t know what to say. Who knew they would go all out for one game.
Hunjoon handed it to Hyunjin and waited to hear what she says.
She looks at the jersey and smiles at her dad “Is this why you asked me for their birthdays a few days ago?” He nods and she gives him a hug “Thank you dad”
He gives her a warm smile and releases the hug. Jung pulls out more jerseys and hands them out to the other girls.
“Woah!”
“This is so cool!”
“Aye this is lit!”
They were trying on the jerseys to see how it looks and maybe took a few selfies. Yerim saw the other box unopened.
“What’s in that one?” She points to the other box and Son opens rips it open.
He pulls out a pair of gray baseball pants that have a black seam outline and a blue belt.
“These a the pants you will wear during the game. We got the team package which includes the uniforms, practice shirts and helmets. I have to pick up the helmets tomorrow” Hunjoon told them.
The guys help pass around the pants and practice shirts. The girls were overwhelmed with emotions because of how their coaches take care of them.
They didn’t have to do this but Hunjoon saw how fast the girls became close and knew Hyunjin found her other family.
“You didn’t have to this dad but we appreciate it. I mean its just one game but thank you” Hyunjin tells her dad but smiles at him and the other guys.
Son and Lee smile at her as the girls thank them. Haseul asked the one question they’ve been wondering about.
She looked at Hunjoon “Do we have practice today?” The girls look at him in anticipation.
The coaches shake their head “No today is a free day so you girls can do whatever. We’ll have practice tomorrow though an hour earlier” They nod their heads.

After talking for a little more, Jiwoo proposed the idea of going to the mall together. They agreed and got ready to leave.
The coaches were gonna stay there and do what they do. Hyunjin said bye to them before closing the front door and heading to Sooyoung’s car.
Haseul and Vivi made sure their fellow seniors didn’t race again for everyone’s sake. The mall wasn’t that far away from Hyunjin’s house.
Quickly getting out, they headed towards the entrance and walked in. The mall was a little packed due to it being the weekend.
They walked around for a little bit before actually going into stores and shopping. The ones who were doing more shopping were Jungeun, Jiwoo, Heejin and Chaewon.
Everyone else also shopped but they came out with less bags than those girls. Yeojin currently wondered off to another store that intrigued her without telling anyone.
“Hey Yeo, does this shirt look good on me?” Yerim picked a blouse off the rack and turned around to show it to Yeojin but she wasn’t there.
She looked around “Yeojinie? Yeo?” Putting the shirt back, she walked around to look for her but she didn’t see her.
Yerim pulled out her phone to call her and frowned when she didn’t answer. She looked up and saw Jiwoo and Jungeun.
“Unnies, have you seen Yeojinie? I thought she was behind me but she wasn’t. I called her and she didn’t answer” They looked at the younger and shook their heads.
“No we haven’t but she’s probably with Hyejoo at the game store so call her” Jiwoo suggested and she nodded.
Hyejoo answered and told Yerim that Yeojin was with her, Jinsoul and Sooyoung at the toy store.
Jungeun and Jiwoo were waiting for Yerim to finish the phone call.
She put away her phone “They’re both with Jinsoul and Sooyoung unnie at the toy store” They winced knowing that they’re probably playing around in the store.
“You don’t think they’re going to play around and get kicked out right?” Jiwoo asked and they look at each other.
“Haseul unnie!”
They were right….apparently they were playing around with the different balls inside the store. Sooyoung threw a tennis ball at Jinsoul’s back and Yeojin threw a football at Hyejoo’s shin.
“You little shit!”
“Fake ass bitch!”
The workers were watching them in amusement as they hit each other. They didn’t kick them out yet till the manager came out of the back.
“You either buy something or leave!” He yelled at them. They looked at him then each grabbed a nerf gun to buy.
Hyejoo grabbed extra nerf bullets and headed to the counter. Jinsoul offered to buy their toys and they thanked her.
Walking out, they were on their way back to the store where the others were at till Haseul called Sooyoung.
“Hello?”
“Please tell me y’all didn’t get kicked out?”
“We almost did but we bought some toy nerf guns to play with later”
“Oh my god you guys are literall children. Just hurry back we’re hungry”
“Alright we’re coming”
She hung up and they met them at the entrance of the store.
The ‘kids’ showed them their new toys and Vivi swears Haseul is going to fight them.
Walking off, the girls made it to the food court. There were different restaurants to choose from as they separated to grab their food.
Vivi found a table big enough for all of them to sit at and waited for them. Heejin arrived next and then soon all of them came.
It was quiet since they were eating and Haseul glared at Sooyoung or Jinsoul every time they tried to talk.
The two ate their food in silence and were scared of the shorter. Jungeun and Jiwoo watches them as they shrinked into their seats when the class president would glare at them.
They shook their head and thought to themselves ‘Why do I have a crush on this kid?’
The day kept going on well and by the time they left the mall it was almost 4 pm. They decided to just go to their own homes to spend time with their family and to rest for practice the next day.
The kids were sad they didn’t get to have their nerf gun fight but held it for when they were in school. Without Haseul knowing of course.
