Heejin holds her breath as Jinhyuk gives a big swing. The girls watch as the ball misses his bat. Hyunjin closes her eyes as she felt the ball land in her glove.
“Strike three! You’re out! Game over!” The umpire yells after the sophomore catches the ball.
The crowd erupts into cheers as they stand up and yell. The game was over meaning that they won. Hyunjin won again.
Heejin bursts into a smile as the other girls jump and cheer. Hyunjin opens her eyes and stands up. She looks into her glove to see the ball she caught.
Hyunjin looked up to see Heejin running to her. She took off her mask and dropped her glove as the older jumps into her arms for a hug.
They hugged each other for a good second before the taller put Heejin down. They were both blushing as the girls ran up to them.
“We won!”
“I knew it! In your face dickhead!”
The girls were yelling as they gathered around the mound. Their coaches ran out from the dugout to celebrate with them. They were happy and proud as they watch the girls celebrate.
Jinhyuk was shocked that he lost again to Hyunjin. He was still standing at home plate with his jaw clenched. Cursing, he walks to his dugout to leave as he was angry at himself and his team.
Haseul was celebrating with them but she was leaning against Vivi as to not put weight on her ankle. The girls were feeling ecstatic and content with their win.
“We are so proud of you girls! Congratulations on your win!” Hunjoon tells them as they let go of each other. They look around to see some people leaving as the game was over.
There also some people still standing in their seats watching them. The coaches see Seungmin walk up to them.
“Congratulations on your win girls! You girls really know how to play and it was a very good game. And I’m still sorry for what Jinhyuk did to y’all. Hope you girls celebrate this win”
He tells them with a smile on his face. Hyungwon gave his sister a hug before letting her go.

They thank him before he walks off to his dugout. The girls all congratulate Hyunjin but she says she couldn’t do it without them.
“I told you! I told you we would win!” Sooyoung yells at Hyunjin while she hi fives Hyejoo and chest bumps Jinsoul.
The girls calm down before they start to walk towards the dugout. They grab their gear then head to the locker room downstairs.
“Bro, congrats on beating Jinhyuk again! You made him your bitch! Haha!” Sooyoung gives Hyunjin a bro hug as they laugh.
Hyunjin laughs and smiles ” Thanks dude but I couldn’t done it without everyone” She goes to her locker to sit down and take off her cleats.
They were taking off their cleats and other accessories so they can take a shower. Sudden blasting of music inturupts them.
Yeojin jumps on top of her chair with a speaker in her hand. Her shoes were off as well as her jersey. The girls were looking at her in amusement.
“We just won and humiliated that jackass! Woohoo! Now let’s celebrate!” She turns up the music then jumps off to dance.
They laughed at how she tried shuffle but then joined her. There was like a whole dance off between Sooyoung and Chaewon.
“Get it Wonie!”
“Bust a move hag! Make them joints pop!”
Chaewon was beating her but Sooyoung wouldn’t give up. They were having a good time as the guys cleaning upstairs can hear them screaming and laughing.
Hyunjin watched them with a wide smile. She felt content while being around the girls. They were her family now and no one can break them apart.
After Chaewon beat Sooyoung in the dance battle, they all headed off to the showers. It was calm as they finished and changed.
Haseul made sure they cleaned up the locker room like how the found it. It was almost 8 in the evening as they walked out of the dugout.

They walked out of the stadium towards the parking lot. Hunjoon and the guys were standing around their cars. They smile as the girls approach them.
“Are you girls tired?” They nod “Well, if you girls want, why don’t y’all come over to the house so we can barbeque for you girls? I know you’re hungry”
Hunjoon suggested as he looked at them. Him and the guys talked about having a barbeque for them after the game.
“Really?!” They ask and he nods. So the girls agree and cheer that they get free food.
“Alright then let’s go” They all walk to the cars to put up their bags and other things. Hyunjin walks up to her dad.
“Thanks dad. I couldn’t done this without you or the guys. And I’m pretty sure if mom were here, she would also thank you for helping me” She smiles at him feeling content.
Hunjoon warmly smiles at her before giving her a hug “You’re welcome sweetie. But this was all on you and the girls so you all deserve this win. Now go ride with them and I’ll see you at the house”
They let go of the hug as Hyunjin walks off to Jinsoul’s car. They get in and wait for the guys to drive off.
The three seniors roll down their windows.
“So Haseul, Jinsoul, wanna race?!” Sooyoung yells at her as they turn on the car.
“No! We are NOT racing again! Sooyoung I swear to god!” Jiwoo yells at her as she buckles up.
The other girls scream at her to not race. They all look at the brunette and blue haired.
“Bet!”
“Let’s do this!”
Haseul and Jinsoul agree and rev up their engine. The girls close their eyes and silently pray.
“nO! Please! I wanna get out! Let me out!”
Jungeun screams as she tries to unlock the door. The girls all try to open their doors but they’re locked.
“On the count of three!” Sooyoung says as she gets ready. Haseul lays her foot on the gas ready. Jinsoul puts her hand on her gear shift.
“1!” “We’re gonna die!”
“2!” “I wanna get out!”
“3!” “I’m suing all of y’all! Ahh!”
And they took off leaving behind a trail of smoke.
