“I thought we all knew what the king required of us.” The Lycan stood in front of them by the balcony glass door with a domineering look of disapproval.
.
Meir scoffed and got back to eating his meal. “Do you really think you can defy the king’s orders, you know better Villa, you should listen.” Jon argued as he saw his husbands were not moving.
“Please leave you’re ruining breakfast mutt, if you’re willing to suck him off to gain some sort of favor then go ahead, just don’t try to act like something you’re not.” Mier retorted and Villa chuckled at his embarrassment, Jon was angry as his eyes turned a deep shade of red.
“What did you call me?” He growled coming closer to the witch who seemed to be bored by the threat.
“Dog.” Mier spat out, Jon lunged for Mier in anger, they both broke the railing by the balcony and fell to the grounds below, the two mystics were bloody and body parts were not positioned right from their fall.
The Lycan was the first to stand up and charge for the witch, Meir had laid his hands on the ground siphoning mana from nature itself, healing himself and casting a spell. As the large lycan slashed its claws at Meir a massive explosion that rocked the entire castle grounds was emitted from where Mier was.
Servants screamed at the horrific explosion, they ran for safely whilst others watched frozen in shock as the Lycan slowly got up putting his bones back in place and growled toward Mier.
“I will show you who I am witch and why you must and will respect me.” Jon growled as Tristan stood in awe because Jon had challenged the new husband. “I have thousands of years on you bitch.” Mier replied as his hair changed to flames and the people surrounding the two could feel scorching heat yet snow fell at the witch’s feet.
“1st Circle Inferno.” Grey flames were released from the witch’s palms, they burned the Lycan till he was on one knee and screaming in pain, concentrating his own mana the Lycan shot multiple balls of energy toward the witch, Mier dodged and absorbed all of them easily.
The explosion did not faze Mier as his shield absorbed the flames of lycan’s attacks. Jon charged for the witch again, Meir dodged and punched the Lycan’s abdomen making him cough out blood, but that was not all, Meir took both Jon’s arms pulled him back to him to deliver a blow on the Lycan using his knee, Jon rolled on the ground, his mana pulsed as he healed himself from the hits which drew blood.
Faster than before he kicked the witch away making him flip back and land perfectly, he gathered energy in his palms and shot it at the witch, a shield appeared and absorbed the attacks again, Mier knew the weakness of lycans and he was going to exploit it.
Changing his attack stance, Meir faced Jon differently, Villa who had been watching gasped as Mier summoned a sword to him and imbued it with lightning, he charged toward the lycan who slashed his claws at him grazing his arm.
The witch dodged and used the blade to cut the mana stream in the Lycans legs, he blocked it with the electricity in his blade, another slash came from Jon which drew blood from Mier, he dodged perfectly and sliced the mana stream in the Lycan’s arms.l numbing him.
Unable to use mana in both legs and arms Jon channeled the mana to his mouth, the concentration created a big black sphere which he shot at Mier, it fiercely glided toward the witch making everyone hold their breath.
“5th Circle Correlating Assault Echo.” The attack from Jon was pushed back and used against him tenfold, his massive amount of energy was sent hurtling back, everyone watching the battle winced as the explosion rocked the entire castle, Jon no longer screamed as he was barely conscious.
Debris from the reversed attack settled to reveal a battered Jon and a perfect looking Mier his silver grey hair blowing softly in the wind giving him and earthreal look, hid hair no longer in flames but electricity sparked all around him.
“I thought you were going to show me who you were.” Mier snickered looking at the mystic barely climbing to life. “1st Circle Orca.” The flash flood swept away everything leaving on a washed up lycan barely healing, his aura fading quickly.
One palm clasped tight around the blade handle and another opened at the end of the sharp steel, Mier stood straight looking at Jon. “I never want to use my power like this, all I wanted was peace but you all can’t seem to get that. 3rd Circle Electrocut.”
Lightning sparked from Mier and moved into the water below him, itvelectrocuted the lycan till his body fell to the ground yet again, after the current had left him clinging to life, Meir looked all around to the the destruction he had caused and frowned.
“Esphos mirav lingare mecanon.” The large body of water disappeared, the grass returned to normal and the flowers gree anew, everyone parted way for Mier as they did not know him yet they feared him.
The king’s guard surrounded him and Mier sighed. “Let him go.” Villa ordered the guards and they moved away. “Alquin is going to be mad about this when he comes back.” Villa exclaimed when he got got Mier, he tensed when he felt the familiar presence of the king and his first husband behind them.
The healers passed by carrying the body of an unconscious Jon who was broken, electrocuted, burned, and bleeding. Marcos gasped and so Lera, they knew only a witch’s wrath could go that far.
Alquin came forward to strike Mier but his hand was caught by Mier in midair. “How dare you do that to him, why would you do that to him, you hate me fine, fight me then, don’t lash out at my husbands!” Alquin yelled angrily snatching his hand back.
“Let’s get something straight, he attacked me, I didn’t do anything and Villa can attest to that, he attacked me and I defend myself, so don’t you dare yell at me you when it’s not my fault, you failure of a king, how dare you want to strike me without even knowing the truth, your so called husbands should be ashamed of you, and thank you for pointing it out, your husband!” Mier yelled back trying to hold back his rage.
He knew some things he said were not supposed to be spoken but he would not regret it, he was forced to be here, he did not want to be there, therefore he will defend himself if need be even if he has to kill to prove that.

After the fight in the morning, Mier had stayed in his bedroom all day, and not once had any of the husbands come to check on him except Villa, he knew the vampire was the only one who cared about him.
The witch sighed and went to sit by the balcony to meditate, he traveled to the sea, the moon was rising, waves crashed on the shore and the rays of the sun faded into deep colors of the sunset.
As he felt peace come to mind, an intrusion came to his mind instead. “Where am I?” It was Lake, Marcos and Alquin’s son who had found himself at the beach. “Its alright, were more or less spiritually at the sea.” Mier consoled the slightly stunned child.
The little boy with curls on his head, ran toward the sand and began kicking and dancing. “Dad never takes me out to the beach, says I’m too young to go alone.” He pouted as he began playing with the sand. “I think he’s right Lake, you could get hurt or lost and dad wouldn’t want that would he.” Mier argued and the little boy shook his head as he played more in the sand.
“We can stay for a little while so go play.” Mier instructed and the little boy began building a sandcastle and Mier watched in amusement as one side fell, Lake had helped him get rid of his anger and find peace within a chaotic mind.
“Can you teach me how you do this?” Marcos’s voice spoke behind the two startling Mier. “Dad I’m making a sandcastle.” Lake announced as Marcos waved to his son who continued playing with sand as he had no care in the world.
“With all due respect your grace, I would like to be alone, the only exception is Lake, children are innocent and one day I would’ve loved to have my own but your husband took that dream away from me.” Mier exclaimed sadly wiping a tear away.
“How did he do that exactly.” Mier scoffed. “Do you really think I would let him have me when I know five others are there, do you think if I were to have a child he or she would be loved, don’t fool yourself because I’m not.” Mier spat as he stood up and walked to Lake.
“Time to go, honey, if we stay too long I will have to siphon more magic and your body would be strained, so we’ll do this some other time and I can teach you some magic okay.” Lake nodded happily as Mier pushed his almost waist long hair to one side making Marcos admire, envy and want Mier. The witch was beautiful indeed yet fury resided as well with that beauty.
It felt like being pulled out of water rapidly the way the three mystics were brought back to their bodies, Marcos sighed disappointed as to have left the sea too soon. “Hey papa.” Lake greeted Alquin startling Mier.
“He wanted to talk but the little rascal had already highjacked the connection and I wanted to see where you were.” Marcos explained getting up from the floor with Lake in tow. “Hear him out even if he yells okay.” He added as Mier walked into his bedroom and closed the door to the balcony, he was now left alone with Alquin.
“What do you want, and make it quick.” Mier spoke harshly as he did not want to be in his presence, he didn’t want anything to do with the demon, at all.
“I’m sorry, for striking you without knowing what happened.” Alquin apologized and Mier nods, waiting for him to leave. “You can’t possibly expect me to leave, your room belongs to me as well, I am your mate whether you like it or not.” Alquin demanded and Mier sighed in frustration.
“I thought we established I’m not part of that.” The demon scoffs. “We both said things we shouldn’t have.” Alquin contended. “Mostly by you.” Mier assetyed, as he kept sitting on the couch looking for something to conjure up for dinner.
“Let’s go have dinner..” Alquin exclaimed. “No, you can go.” Alquin growled and threw Mier over his shoulder. “You must respect your husband and king.”
