“Saytor I wanna know what happened.” It wasn’t a request to the general, it was a command and Saytor nodded.
“They were sparring and Alquin took it too far and hurt him, he was so angry and Villa tried to fight back which only made it worse, it was supposed to be sparring but it ended up in a battle.” After the explanation Mier sighed, his anger was held at bay, he needed to help Villa.
“You there, get me dragon scales, fresh blood, angelica root, mandalin bark, white oak sap and mountain ash.” The nurses scurried off to collect what they hand been told to get as the witch prepared the rest.
“I need Phoenix ashes and asphild mix.” Mier spoke toward Saytor who nodded and left the room as well. “He’s going to hurt for doing this to you Villa, I don’t know why he even did this.” Mier sighed as he prepared the work table, he took in the sight of Villa and tried not to burn everything in anger.
“Here you are, lord.” The nurses and Saytor had come all at once and handed everything to him, flicking his fingers candles appeared along with a sigil on the floor, they were lit and everyone could feel power emanating from the sigil.
“Get out and let me work.” Mier ordered and everyone immediately walked out of the room leaving the witch and Villa. Ingredients were mixed in vials and syringes, as he added the Phoenix ashes to the mix, the mixture flared a yellow flame before it died out.
Mier took the mortar and pestles, crushing more ingredients inside until a thick green sab had been created, with a syringe he walked over to Villa and injected the solution into his body.
Immediately his heart picked up and began beating strongly, showing the healing solution was working on the internal injuries, Mier took the sab and began applying it on the physical wounds on Villa’s body.
By the time he was done Villa’s skin had been completely healed and his body was almost done healing, the witch wiped away the sweat from his forehead as he let Villa rest.
He flicked his fingers again and everything he had summoned disappeared leaving only the fresh blood he had been pumping slowly into Villa. “Rest easy love.” He mumbled.

Saytor and the king’s husbands all watched in awe from the outside of the room where Villa and Mier were, although there was a wall Tristan had used magic to make it so that it didn’t obstruct their vision.
“I have never seen healing like that, nor anyone who could make a solution which works that fast.” The fae commented making everyone nod. It had amazed them watching Mier work on healing Villa but they knew after this he would want answers and he would be on a war path.
Mier walked out of the room and locked it with magic, he wanted no one to enter and disturb Villa as he healed. “He’ll be fine, he just needs rest.” He spoke but didn’t turn back to face them only headed for Alquin.
It wasn’t hard to find the king as he didn’t completely conceal his aura, so Mier walked into the training room with the rest of the husbands, Saytor and Malia in tow, they wanted to see how he would confront the king and hopefully stop him from getting hurt.
“Why?” Mier hissed toward Alquin, his cat slits were on display as he asked the king. “Because I felt like it.” Alquin replied annoyed by the question, and that was the tipping point for Mier.
“6th Circle: Dragons Rage.” The massive grey flames attacked Alquin, they came unrelenting like a dragon would, anything in their path was incinerated, on instinct Alquin’s shield engulfed him but it wasn’t enough to stop the flames as the wall exploded beside him.
The maids outside screamed and scurried for cover and safety but Alquin and Mier paid them no mind. “Why?” Mier hissed again as fury came with his aura. “Because you’re both mine, and he needed to learn his place, and so do you.” Alquin growled as purple lightning came from the demon’s hands, it burned Mier, the witch was thrown to the wall and blood trailed down his torso, electricity flowed through him making him convulse as well.
Marcos gasped but Lera and Jon smiled happily because the witch had been beaten, in an instant, Mier was up and his body healed quickly as more mana pulsed through him. “3rd Circle Unchained lightning.” It started as a small spark a flicker, then the king was suddenly being hit by bolt after bolt of unchained purple lightning, he was struck heavily thrown to wall where he convulsed and half his body broken and burnt.
“That’s how you use lightning.” The witch stated as he charged for the king gathering energy in his hands, the lightning had stopped but not it’s effects. “My King watch out!” Jon yelled but it was too late. “7th circle Compressed Chaos.” The grey orb needed only to touch his skin and multiple explosions which made everyone flinch and take cover occurred, the king dropped to his knees coughing out blood.
“I’m not weak my king, don’t ever think I won’t fight back.” Mier exclaimed as he delivered a roundhouse kick which had Alquin hitting the wall, he staggered from the wall as mana began to bubble inside him, healing him.
In a swift step, Alquin lunged for Mier, the demon punched the witch straight in the gut, Mier coughed out blood with one blow but kept his foothold, he leaped into the air, he crashed his knee straight onto Alquin’s head then delivered a kick to jaw again.
The sheer force of the witch’s attack had Alquin blown back to the wall, he popped his jaw back in place after he skidded to a stop, Mier had spun in the air drawing out his blade from thin air. “Don’t make me do this because I won’t hold back.” Alquin warned the witch but Mier wouldn’t have it any other way.
“Neither will I, because you deserve to feel this pain, and I will gladly give it to you.” Mier stood in an attack stance hard to read and Alquin raised his hand into the air and began gathering energy, the massive bomb grew bigger and bigger as he charged it to attack Mier.
Saytor wanted to intervene, to stop his friend from attacking his new bride but Jon and Lera held him back, Marcos could only watch in horror toward his husbands, Mier smirked as he looked at the king and waited for his attack.
The grey shield appeared and engulfed the witch, it radiated power and protection. “5th Circle: Correlating Assault: Echo.” Mier only waited for the king to launch his attack so that it would be given back to him ten times more powerful.
Jon knew what was about to happen, and he couldn’t bring himself to just watch as the king was about to hurt himself, he knew whatever attack he would launch toward the witch it wouldn’t hurt him. “Don’t attack, pease don’t!” The lycan yelled and everyone turned to look at the lycan except Mier.
“Why shouldn’t he Jon?” Lera sneered in annoyance. “That’s exactly what he wants, you’re only attacking yourself if you release that.” The lycan pleaded but Alquin was furious.
“Don’t interfere Jon!” Alquin growled back. “Please my king, I wouldn’t lie, or stop you, but you must listen, don’t attack.” Jon pleaded and Mier took his opportunity with Alquin’s guard down.
“3rd Circle Lightning God’s Wrath.” Mier cast and everyone stood astonished as pentagram appeared above Alquin and released lightning that tore apart Alquin, his wings and body were struck so fiercely everyone watched in horror, Mier turned his hand clockwise increasing the power in his attack, the king screamed out in pain until the spell subsided in a massive explosion that made the whole wing where the training room was to crumble.
“That’s for hurting your own husband.” The witch remarked walking away proudly, Lera sent a wave of black matter which was repelled toward him tenfold knocking him out instantly.
“That’s what I meant, my king if you had attacked him, he would’ve reflected it tenfold, but I’m sorry I only distracted you and you were hit again.” Jon yet again pleaded with Alquim who lay on the floor motionless and healing.
Marcos scoffed looking at his husband. “I don’t want to see you in my bed unless you apologize to Villa and Mier.” He exclaimed angrily, te six foot demon strutted away leaving a perplexed Alquin and a proud Saytor.
“I told you, brother, don’t make an enemy of the witch.” Saytor tsked and helped his king up. “He got you good, this husband of yours is ferocious and deadly.” Malia finally spoke as her fear subsided and her respect took over.
“Such a prize.” It was all Alquin could say as he walked out of the training room which was in shambles with his advisors helping him walk.

Mier walked toward the infirmary, mindlessly he bumped into a little body with a mess of curls atop his head, Mier’s heart warmed to the sight of the little boy staring up at him. “You never came to get me.” The little boy pouted as Mier took him up in his arms.
“Sorry Lake had to deal with something, do you wanna visit uncle Villa, he’s not feeling all that good.” The curly haired boy nodded making himself comfortable in Mier’s arms, the two walked away happily.
By the corridor way Marcos stood watching his son and his new husband talk then walk away, he wondered what it would take to get through to Mier like his son, because only the little king had innocence which he considered, he wondered what they would need to do to have him drop his guard without having to brave for his fury.
The demon matriarch walked away knowing he had to find a way to get through to Mier, or there would be perpetual fights in the castle, sooner or later someone would meet death.
~~~
“Hey, look who is up and shining.” Mier cheered as he sat beside Villa in the infirmary. “How did I heal this fast?” The vampire asked knowing his injuries were too severe to be healed easily and Alquin had injured him badly.
“I’m a witch.” Mier responded making Villa nod in understanding, witches were great alchemists, Lake sat on the bed with a book in hand practicing what Mier had taught him paying no mind to the conversation of the two adults, he was stuck in his own world with determination set on his face.
“So the king is jealous, and he took it out on me.” Villa spoke with his head low seeming to avoid Mier. “And I beat him up for it, literally.” Mier smugly grins toward Villa who gasped at his statement and questioned why he would do that.
“He had no right to do that to you, he’s already forced us to be here, therefore he can’t expect us to grovel at his feet, I’m not that weak and neither are you, so when you get out of here we’re going to train.” Villa nodded enthusiastically as the witch he had fallen in love with the day he met him cheered him up.
“It seems you two are inseparable, what will Alquin do with you.”
