You’ve had quite a few mutual friends with Ricky, even before you dated each other. Gyuvin and you met each other in class in college, while you met Gunwook and Yujin at the college dance club, which was also where you met Ricky. After you started dating him, you hung out even more with them. You guys mostly spend time outside, bowling, going to the arcade, and eating in restaurants. But, probably because you were the only one who lived alone, at the end of the day, they’d always end up at your home either for games or for a drink, which also leads to a sleepover. Your home was like their hideout. Over time, you even bought a huge mattress to accommodate the four enormous men whenever they stayed over.
Ricky confessed to you after he got drunk at Gyuvin’s birthday party last year, but after that, you haven’t seen him drunk again. You didn’t know if it was intentional or not, but he would always stop after a few shots and stay sober when he drank with you present. Meanwhile, you were never a huge fan of drinking, so you had never drank to the point where you’d get wasted.
You kind of missed seeing the four of them all drunk together. You still had videos of the four of them all huddled up together, sleeping after they got drunk. It was honestly the most adorable thing ever!
But it was Gunwook’s birthday today, and it didn’t look like the boys had a plan to stay sober or go home tonight. You pulled out the mattress from your guest room before they were too drunk to move around.
It was now 4 in the morning. You looked at the four men in your living room, all wearing pyjamas of the same design but different colours, which you had forced them to change into. Oh, you missed seeing this scene, even though it could be a hassle to take care of them. But who would complain when you have four grown men sleeping in your living room like cute quadruplets?
You made sure they were all sound asleep and turned off the lights in the living room before heading into your bathroom to wash up. You were brushing your teeth when the door to your bathroom suddenly opened. Ricky came in in a half-awake state and hugged you from behind, resting his head on your right shoulder.
“You smell so good.” He nuzzled your neck.
“And you’re drunk.” You giggled as you looked at Ricky in the mirror.
You spat out the excess toothpaste and rinsed your mouth before rubbing your face against his.
“What woke you up?”
“I was hugging the person next to me, and it didn’t feel right. I opened my eyes and realised it wasn’t you, so I came to find you.”
“Who were you hugging?”
“Kim Gyuvin.”
“Hahahahaha!” You laughed out loud as you imagined the two of them hugging each other to sleep. “You should go back to sleep, Rick.”
“I want to sleep with you.”
“I was going to sleep in the room, though.”
“Then we’ll sleep in the room together.”
“But they’re all here.”
“So? It’s not like they don’t know we’re dating.”
“You know what? Get back out there, and I’ll be there with you in a second. I’ll sleep with you outside.” You gave in.
“Bbobbo.” He stood up straight again and slightly pouted, asking for a kiss.
“Did I ever tell you you’re extra cute when drunk?” You then left a peck on his lips, as he requested.
Of course, he wasn’t satisfied with just a peck. He held the back of your head and deepened the kiss. He lifted you onto the washbasin and planted kisses down your neck all the way to your collarbone. His kisses turned intense all of a sudden, which caught you off guard, and you pushed him away out of shock. You looked in the mirror, and it clearly left a mark.
‘Rick!” You complained with a smile.
He gave you an innocent smile before heading back to the living room. THIS MAN!!!
You finished washing up and quietly lied next to Ricky. You gave him another gentle peck and cuddled up to him. He returned a peck on your forehead and whispered good night in your ears.
When you woke up the next morning, it was almost noon. The four of them were still fast asleep. You got out of Ricky’s embrace and freshened up before making the boys a stew for brunch; something hearty and warm was the best for a hangover. The lovely smell of the stew eventually woke the boys up one by one.
“Good morning, boys!”
“It smells amazing. What are you making, Y/N?” Yujin asked while rubbing his eyes.
“Hangover soup and spicy pork. Does your head hurt?”
“A bit.” Gunwook held his heavy head.
“Have some hot tea first. Food will be ready in 10 minutes.”
“You’re the best, Y/N-ah.” Gyuvin raised his thumbs at you. “I think you’re ready to be a good wife.”
“Ricky surely is a lucky man.” Gunwook teased along.
“I agree with that.” You smiled smugly.
After they finished the meal, the three of them left first, leaving only Ricky with you.
“Mr. Ricky Shen, do you remember what you did last night?” You pulled down your shirt slightly to reveal your collarbone.
“Vaguely.” He scratched the back of his head.
“Are you kidding me now? And it had to be at such a visible place!” You whined.
“Should I leave a few more at places that aren’t visible?”
“Don’t even think about it.” You had your arms crossed over your chest.
‘Sorry, I can’t seem to control myself when I’m drunk. That was why I didn’t want to get drunk when I’m with you.”
“Really? That was why? I thought you were quite cute last night, though. Maybe it’s not that bad of an idea to act recklessly sometimes.”
“I must be still a little tipsy because impulsive thoughts are running through my head now.”
